Lo studio e' parte di una casa tipica cipriota risalente al secolo scorso e ristrutturata recentemente con tutti i comfort (website hidden) Ristrutturazione e' avvenuta sotto la supervisione delle belle arti della municipalità essendo questa casa "listed".Il quartiere mantiene il fascino della vecchia Nicosia.Sono incluse le sonorità di Cipro:la domenica rintocchi delle campane della vicina chiesa ortodossa ed il richiamo dal minareto della moschea(ma di notte a volume molto basso per un gentleman agreement). Un negozio di alimentari ed articoli vari si trova a venti metri dalla casa. Il giardino/courtyard con tavolo e sedie e' uno spazio in comune. Lo studio ha una completa privacy con entrata separata e bagno con doccia in (website hidden) non sarò sempre presente perché viaggio spesso in Italia ed in europa ma quando presente sarò lieto di dare consigli di cosa visitare o dei locali migliori da frequentare. Il quartiere mantiene il fascino dalla Nicosia dei tempo passati con in più una vibrante vita culturale infatti nelle vicinanze ci sono il centro culturale dell'università con performances di musica e teatro,il centro culturale "Shoe Factory" dove si può assistere a musica classica o documentari,oltre ai centri "Melina Mercuri" e "Famagusta Gate". Il terminal delle linee urbane ed interurbane(destinazione Larnaca,Limassol,ecc.) e' facilmente raggiungibile. Consiglio anche il servizio offerto da Travel Express con prelievo a domicilio. Il giardino/courtyard con tavolo e sedie e' uno spazio in comune. Lo studio ha una completa privacy con entrata separata e bagno con doccia in (website hidden) non sarò sempre presente perché viaggio spesso in Italia ed in europa ma quando presente sarò lieto di dare consigli di cosa visitare o dei locali migliori da frequentare. Nice Village Retreat Famagusta

The appartment with separate entrance is located in the picturesque village of Dheryneia in a quiet setting. It is modern, pleasant and has a seperate shower/toilet. Equipment Shower room with toilet, very comfortable sofabed, table and 2 chairs, satellite TV, fridge, kettle, dishes, WiFi, fan, parking by the front door. Towel and sheets are provided. Alimentation There are various shops on the nearby high street including a late hours bistro/ bakery/ food shop and 24h kiosks. Hospital and pharmacy We are directly linked to an English-speaking pharmacy and private hospital. The General Hospital is just across the road. In case of an emergency you can count on our instant assistance! Transport There is a bus stop connecting the village to Paralimni, Agia Napa, Protaras, Larnaka und Nikosia only 2 min. walk away . Leisure There is a picturesque view across the Greenline at the Mediterranean, the town of Famagusta and the Pentadaktylos mountains. The apartment is an ideal starting point for walks through the village e.g. to the local park and Agion Pantheon church. The most popular beaches of the islands are at close reach. Room is nestled in the foothills of Kyrenia mountains which overlooks a local vineyard. Rooms have access to small gardens in front of them and the property features an infinity swimming pool. It offers AC and self-catered rooms with free Wi-Fi, with balconies overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Room has a double bed and a private bathroom. Featuring a kitchenette with fridge, cooking hobs, kettle, and toaster. Satellite TV , NETFLIX and include a seating area for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

We are situated between the picturesque fishing harbour Potamos and Ayia Napa. Ideal for a quiet holiday near the lively holiday spot of Ayia Napa at a 5min drive. 1 minute walk to the beach or a short drive to one of the best beaches in the med , Nissi Beach. The waterpark , Waterworld is just 3 min drive away. Local supermarket/bar/restaurant at a 7 min walk. Busstop at the end of the road. There are some tradional villages in the surrounding areas with local tavernas. Quiet neighbourhood

There is a large swimming pool just 4 steps away. Also at your disposal is a gazebo for picnics, children's playground, restaurant 8 meters from the apartments and much more!

The Garden House

This lovely one-bedroom apartment is centrally located and has easy access to everything. Coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and pubs are all within walking distance. Famous landmarks of Famagusta are just a 5-minute drive away, and the city’s most beautiful beaches can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes by car. Top roof large suit with sea view and Balcony.

New suit with new shower on the top floor. separate entrance, king size matress on the floor without a bed , sea view. huge balcony. Stairs to go upstairs are wood stairs and a bit sharp direction so not very good for kids but cool for adults and couples. This is the top floor you see not the one below although we rent this 3 bedroom penthouse as well. call for details.
