We are a family of 6 with older children and had a fantastic time at Avraam’s villa. The villa itself was perfect - had everything we needed, the pool was fabulous, we used the BBQ quite a few times and the table tennis proved a hit too. It is in the perfect location, on a quiet residential street about 5/10 mins walk away from the nearest beach and 15/20 mins walk into town along the main road where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. You can also walk along the coastline into the town which takes about 40 mins which is what we did most nights as the scenery is so beautiful out there. Avraam is the perfect host, incredibly responsive, helpful and offered recommendations of local amenities. We would definitely stay again - perfect holiday.

Die Villa war wunderschön und genauso eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Bei Anliegen wurde uns weitergeholfen. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr gut. Wir würden gerne wieder vorbeikommen.

This was in an amazing location with lots to do in your door step. It really had been one of the best places to stay and holiday. Enough for all ages Restaurants prices are. Reasonable and affordable The host has been the best Even went shopping for us so we had breakfast and lunch and drinks When we arrived he had dressed the table for my friends 40th with wine I have just arrived home and I am looking to book again I couldn’t thank enough for the experience and treatment received Cyprus is beautiful with beautiful people

Bu villada geçirdiğimiz tatil bize sadece güzel anılar bıraktı! Her detayı düşünülmüş rahat bir ev: donanımlı bir mutfak, su filtresi, tam banyo malzemeleri… Güzel bir bahçe, keyifli bir teras ve tertemiz bir havuz ile tam anlamıyla huzur dolu bir ortam.

Everything was great, the location was super nice, 10 mins walk to 3 different beautiful not super touristic beaches. The host was super proactive and responsive, he tried to accommodate all our needs and even brought us a watermelon

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

Great place to stay, it was quiet as we didn’t realise everything is closed for the season, but it was a working trip anyways. The host was always responsive and pleasant to speak to, very helpful and sorted out the cab from airport. Will visit again.

Perfect villa nice quite area close to the main area for restaurants and bars, beach at one end of the road and decent supermarket the other end all within a 1 min walk

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! It was perfect for our family getaway. The villa itself is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. There were so many entertainment options to keep everyone happy. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and comfortable holiday. We’d love to come back! 🥰

Went away for my sisters hen do, This house was amazing and exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do the house justice. Panayiota and husband were so hospitable, allowing us a late check out and helping us out with cabs etc. can’t recommend highly enough!

Our stay at the villa was amazing. The place looks exactly like the photos and is a walking distance from many restaurants, bars and the beach. Kyriakos and his family were extremely responsive and always on hand to help us with any questions. Thank you for such a lovely stay, we’d love to visit again in the future!

We stayed for one week and I can say that it was one of the best weeks in 2017. The location of the villa is so relaxing and quite with its amazing panoramic view mixing the sea and mountains in addition to the amazing swimming pool (Luckily the weather was so nice so we could enjoy all indoor and outdoor facilities of the villa). The villa was very well furnished, clean and has all the required tools and facilities. Alison was very kind and helpful and responding very quickly for any request or question. In general, I would love to go back there again and again and recommend it for friends and relatives.

Great villa with an absolutely fantastic view from the garden (and pool) and very good service (with a personal touch). We have been in this area many times but this was one of our favorite villa’s so far.

Ich liebe dieses kleine Haus werde immer wieder gerne dorthin gehen. Es ist sauber schön eingerichtet es ist super zentral man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, antwortet schnell. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen und werde nichts anderes buchen. Ich liebe dieses Haus und freue mich aufs nächste Mal.

Tout à déjà été dit dans les commentaires précédents : La villa de Frédéric est tout simplement un petit paradis à Chypre! Idéalement située, bien équipée, au calme, offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer et la montagne dernière. La maison a beaucoup de charme et l'endroit est parfait pour se ressourcer et profiter de la nature environnante. Le petit village d'Esentepe est également très charmant avec quelques commerces et restaurants à proximité. Merci à Frédéric d'être un super hôte, très réactif et très attentionné. On reviendra avec grand plaisir à la villa Doluca car on s'y sent bien :-)

We had a 12 night stay at Villa Ivy, 4 adults and a 2 year old. The photos don't do it justice. The villa is very well equipped! Had we known there are even inflatables for the pool there we would not have brought our own. The air con is very good. The pool and grounds are cleaned/ maintained whilst you are there it's very well kept. Steve is very responsive and helpful. Although there is building work going in the area generally we were never disturbed by any noise. You definitely need to hire a car, Steve arranged our airport transfers and we had the hire car delivered/picked up from the villa which worked well. The villa had so much upon arrival - toilet roll, hand wash, milk, bread etc so if you arrive in the evening you don't need to worry about going shopping straight away. There are cats that look for food and company. not a problem for us but unexpected and we made sure to keep the back door closed around meal times to stop any furry visitors! Overall a fabulous holiday!

We enjoyed our stay here. Pool was clean and big enough, easy to access to the beach.

Angela var mycket hjälpsam redan innan vår vecka på plats i villan. Hon gav hjälpsam information och stöttade oss i bokning av taxi och hyrbil. Villan är helt fantastisk, så vacker gård med fina fruktträd, fantastisk pool och ljuvlig terrass och pergola. Huset är jättefint och välutrustat med allt man behöver. Det är gångavstånd (10-15 min) till restauranger, matvarubutik och stranden. Vi hyrden ändå bil för att kunna göra utflykter. Denna villa och Angela som värd är den perfekta platsen för din semester! Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i denna villa.
