The place is quiet and secure. There is only one entrance and exit with 24 hours on duty guard. Van is accessible anytime going to SM Uptown and city proper (Divisoria and Cogon market). Our house is a newly built house that has 6 bedrooms, we utilize the 3 bedrooms for the family and two bedrooms for guests that can accommodate maximum of 3 persons per room. Each room has its own receiving and toilet/bath rooms. Common areas can be maximized for interaction with the guests.
