Holiday rentals with breakfast in Northern Territory

Stewie and Amanda were fantastic hosts. Could not fault them at all. there communication was amazing. We loved the whole house, the day bed around the pool was a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy a beer while the kids went swimming. The kitchen is full, it has everything you need. the complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake.. made it so easy for us because we didnt have a car and hadn't organised any food by the time we arrived. Very friendly, cordial atmosphere and easy to talk to host. Very clean room with many pillows to choose from and a comfortable bed. Had our own bathroom with a shower as well as a bath tub. Plus towels. Check-In was easy, and hosts offered flexible check-in times.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The host gave me such a warm and friendly welcome, and made me feel comfortable right away. Their relaxed and kind nature really added to the experience. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet it's just a short walk or ride away from the city center — the perfect balance of calm and convenience. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Just amazing and relaxing say no more. Hosts were very considerate in shared spaces and accomodating for my need for food storage in pantry and fridge. House was spotless throughout and included high end interior designer quality furniture and decor that vas pleasant to admire. Wifi sky-link was fast and was able to stream conference calls without dropouts. Public transport is difficult from here at this location but Uber is available. I had a car so essential services were only a few minutes away. Thanks for having me stay Cam, sure to stay again next time I visit Darwin on business 😎🙏🏻

Really enjoyed our stay here at Jess & Tom's studio for nearly a week. Located under the main house with a small outdoor space to use. As the weather was cool in the morning, we found this a great space to enjoy with a coffee before starting the day and then again in the evening after the warm day to cool down. Bathroom is spacious and airy; kitchen is easy for quick meals, and the bed is comfortable. As there is no tv or Wi-Fi, we found this a great way to do a digital detox. Jess and Tom are just lovely and very helpful.

If you want your visit to Darwin to go from great to extraordinary and magical then stay with Sarah and Felino. They went above and beyond on everything. I was given tours on foot and driven around on day trips and to appointments. I was fed delicious home cooked breakfasts and dinners. The apartment had uninterrupted views of both the sunrise and sunset. The bed was super comfortable and the room clean with a desk and TV. The bathroom was exclusively mine and clean too. The bedroom also had its own aircon so you were in total control to have air con or fresh air with an opening window with intact screens and the fan if you wanted. And to top it off they are interesting, knowledgeable on local and international travel and great company with an infectious fun attitude to life and love. You get as much privacy as you want but their conversation and company is hard to ignore. I recommend them with the highest esteem and feel fortunate to have met them and to have stayed in their home.

Great location with beautiful view as previous reviews have stated . Restaurant downstairs has delicious food and good coffee. Nannette is very helpful and definitely a super host !

Thank you for a great place to stay while we were in Darwin. The apartment was exactly what we needed and was in such a beautiful location. There was plenty of space in the apartment and I think we sat on the balcony almost every day. It was easy to find and the secure parking was very handy. Thank you for the recommendations for coffee and food. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next trip to Darwin!

Great place, cozy feeling inside and outside with the trees around on the balcony and it’s close to the shops. Was given clear and detailed instructions upon check in. I highly recommend staying here again.

This property is in a good location accross from the beach. In walkable distance to the pub (great meals) and cafe. Host was very helpful and replied to messages quickly. Everything you need for a self contained stay. Only 10 minutes from the airport. I recommend this property for your stay in Darwin.

Clean, quiet and secure location. Nice view of the ranges plus nightly kangaroos right outside the door! Very nice cosy studio apartment, perfect for what I needed it for. Wifi worked very well when I was there. Shower pressure is excellent!!! Wow! Really lovely peaceful grounds, the pool area especially.

Benjis place was lovely, nice and cool, and a decent sized 1 bedroom apartment with a private outside area to enjoy.
