Villa holiday rentals in Northern Thailand

Beautiful home, wonderful hosts! The place was perfectly clean and lovely. The owners were a friendly couple who responded super quickly to anything we needed. Truly appreciated their attentiveness and the lovely space. A great experience!

What an amazing experience and worth every penny! The location was ideal for getting where we needed to be, we felt secluded and safe while still in a convenient place to enjoy the bustling city. it really was an oasis to come home to after long hot days. We hope to return to Thailand someday and absolutely want to stay here again. The communication, the accommodations, and everything in between was absolutely everything we were looking for and needed for our stay in Chiang Mai!

Great location with a private pool. We really enjoyed the space and central location, it meant we could walk most places and return for short breaks to cool off in the pool before heading out again. All bedrooms had an ensuite and were spacious. A great option for groups travelling together

Beautiful house nice and clean. Very quiet it’s good if you have big family. Definitely come back to stay again.

Probably one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in all of Thailand. The garden was lovely and very well taken care of. The environment was peaceful and the staff were so friendly. I’m looking forward to staying here again when I come back to Pai.

We really loved our stay here. The house is just as beautiful as the pictures if not more so. And our one-year-old had such a blast in the swimming pool. We loved the tamarind fruits falling from the trees and they have become my son’s favorite snack. It’s true the when we first heard the fruits falling in the roof, it startled us a little but later on we fell in love with the sounds. It gives the house life and special energy. And we really enjoyed the company of the lovely family of the housekeeper and their two cats. The sweetest ever. I would strongly recommend family and friends to stay here and maybe for a longer time. We stayed over a week and were sad to leave.

We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.

Amazing host who was proactive and friendly. Offered great recommendations about where to go in the city. 5 stars. Best host ever!

our villa that we were originally supposed to stay in was damaged in the earthquake. the host was very kind to find us an alternative place to stay for my family of 18 adults. the villa was amazing, with spacious rooms and amenities. villa is situated in a nice neighborhood with no road noise. the host communicated very well with us in all the help we needed. overall an amazing villa!

I had an absolutely blissful stay with the host Nepat couldn’t have been more helpful. Recommendations were provided for everything needed and the service provided in cleaning, cooking and doing my washing couldn’t have been better. I have stayed at some fantastic properties, however this being the best

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Lovely house and warm services!

It was a property with a high accessibility location, perfect facilities, and friendly staff. Each person's privacy is guaranteed, and there are several common areas where you can eat together in one space, so I was able to feel refreshed every day in the accommodation. Everything was perfect, but there were a few mosquitoes, and it was a little uncomfortable that the address wasn't accurate. When I ordered Grab food and used the car service, I had to go out and wait at the door because the drivers couldn't find me. Because of this, I entered the address of Banthai Village, which was right in front of me, and some drivers went there and looked for my name. I think it will be a more comfortable trip if you add a Thai explanation so that the drivers can accurately use Tanpuri at the specified address!!! ^^

The house was exactly as described, and both the owner and the housekeeper were in close contact with us and prepared a lot of distilled water for us to use when we checked in.

Very nice place to stay

Staying at this home on top of a pineapple plantation outside of Chiang Rai was like a dream. Waking up to the fog rising over the mountains and the river below was pure magic. The bird watching and other wildlife brought us so much joy. The house is well-equipped with everything you’d want for a peaceful hideaway, yet close enough to the city to enjoy the scenic drive through the countryside. Vale was a gracious and thoughtful host—we truly enjoyed getting to know him a little. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house - a really special stay. The bedrooms were very nice. There was lots of things for our children to play with as well as a pool ( e.g badminton bats,Ping pong tables and balls) they had a fantastic time. Alex was really helpful before after and during.😊

It is fantastic to have free pick-up and drop off from the airport to villa. Also, we felt relax to enjoy an onsite chef made breakfast which were different every day. Pan allowed us to have western style, Pad Thai and meat ball soup noodles during our stay. The fruit and yogurt were great too! We had a good holidays in the villa.

Very responsive and helpful host. Great for holiday as the host offer everything you will ever need during your holiday here. The place is very clean and nice.

It is made of teak wood, so there are no bugs and all conditions are good.

Check in was very easy. I didn't need to meet the host in person. The accommodation was as described and beyond expectations when the garden was very large . The plants are well taken care of. Clean water pool. Free water and snacks are available. Toys for kids.
