Notre chalet de montagne est unique en son genre dans notre belle région Angevine. A 20 mn d'Angers et sur la route des vins. Notre maison est spacieuse et chaleureuse, elle fait environ 200 M2. Elle n'attend que vous pour passer de bons moments en famille, entre amis avec les enfants. Prenez du bon temps été comme hiver : Vous pourrez vous installer autour de la piscine avec un bon apéritif et un barbecue l'été et l'hiver autour d'une bonne raclette dans son chaleureux salon, salle à manger.

Come and make a bucolic stop in our beautiful 16th century gîte, fully restored with its exposed stones. It is located in a village on the banks of the Loire classified as a "village of character". From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
