The villa is exceptional! I love the modern design, impeccable upkeep, and excellent placement. A big thank you to Driss and Ghita for their kindness and great communication throughout our stay. The villa is secure and highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious stay in Dar Bouazza, conveniently located near supermarkets, the mall, and the beach. I will definitely return!

We stayed here one night before our flight back home and it was perfect. The apartment was clean, the area was nice-next to many nice restaurants, and only 30 min walk from Hassan Mosque. Would recommend staying here. Just be mindful that the residence does have multiple condos. So just make sure you are walking into the right one. The host provides instructions prior to check in.

Belle villa, bien équipée, avec piscine, adaptée à un séjour en famille. Hamza est un hôte réactif et serviable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est confortable, propre et très bien équipé, son emplacement est idéal (nouveau quartier entre Casablanca et Mohamedia) et nous avons été agréablement surpris par le calme. L'hôte était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Hautement recommandé.

La vue proposée est extraordinaire: l'horizon dégagé contraste avec la proximité de l'agglomération Casablancaise offrant un réel dépaysement. J'effectuerais avec plaisir un nouveau séjour dans un cadre aussi agréable. Ma petite fille a quant à elle apprécié la salle des jouets et la trempette dans la piscine. L’appartement est idéalement situé, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Attention, le quartier est vivant et animé, parfait pour ceux qui aiment être au cœur de l’ambiance locale ! Un très bon rapport qualité/prix pour découvrir la ville sans se ruiner.

Mostapha et Karim sont parmi les meilleurs hôtes que j'ai pu rencontrer ! Un accueil VIP de grande classe, mais avec simplicité et gentillesse. Mostapha est aux petits soins, hyper-attentif, et on sent qu'il fait tout pour que le séjour soit agréable. Le mien fut parfait, car l'appartement est un condensé de confort, et même de luxe. Rien n'a été oublié, et cet attachement au moindre détail montre qu'on a vraiment pensé au visiteur. L'appartement a juste la bonne taille, et l'espace a été parfaitement optimisé. La connexion haut débit est idéale pour travailler à distance. Parfait pour une personne, l'appartement ravira aussi les couples, qui auront peut-être plus envie de "cocooner" plutôt que de visiter la ville, tellement il est confortable. Tout est super propre et l'équipement est très complet. Pour les sorties, la rue est très animée jusqu'aux petites heures, mais si le bruit vous gêne, le double vitrage ramène vite le calme. Great host. House has all necessary amenities, including kitchen utensils, bathroom requirements etc. Also fast wifi was available. host was always responsive and friendly.

Fahd was a lovely host and the place was fantastic, exactly as described. Fahd met us at the place for check in and showed us around. He was very responsive for anything we needed. Overall a great stay and a wonderful host. We highly recommend. Note: the taxi driver Fahd recommended to us was also lovely and we highly recommend taking him up on the offer to schedule with him.

Un super séjour de quelques nuits. L’appartement est parfait et je souligne sincèrement l’accueil de Bachir !

L’appartement correspond parfaitement à l’annonce et est non loin des sites touristiques (pour ceux qui aiment marcher comme moi ;) ). Il y a les arrêts de bus et du tramway juste en bas, ce qui facilite grandement certains trajets. L’immeuble est sécurisé et il y a aussi un gardien. Je recommande à 100%

Youssef’s condo was remarkable. Very clean, modern and quite comfortable. We loved walking to the beach and to Morocco Mall/Supermarket. But what really made our stay so wonderful was our host, Youssef. He was the best. He met us at the condo very early on our arrival day and allowed us to check in very early. He showed us around the area and responded immediately to all of our inquiries; he arranged tours and transfers for us and made sure we were always in our planned destinations and back home safely. He gave us many recommendations for things to do and restaurants to go to. Upon check out he arranged an early taxi for our transfer to the train station. Even after our check out he has provided recommendations for our remaining time in Morocco. He is an exceptional, genuinely great host. Airbnb is lucky to have him and we are very, very grateful to have met him and firmed such a lovely host/guest relationship with him. Youssef is a wonderful Moroccan ambassador!

Suite aux nombreuses déceptions que nous avions eu sur Airbnb nous nous étions promis de ne plus louer de logements sur la plate-forme, mais après notre passage chez vous, vous nous avez réconcilié avec Airbnb. Tout était au top, logement très propre, aucune mauvaise surprise et tout était fonctionnel. Je ne pense pas qu’il y ait un meilleur emplacement à mohammedia que le parc. Je recommande fortement. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and fully stocked. The neighborhood is very safe and clean, with security guards stationed outside the building and codes needed to enter the building as well. The host was very responsive, professional and communicated very well with us during our stay. I highly recommend booking with Mr. Youssef!
