There at Léo and Tati's house you are not only welcome, you will be WELCOMED. The communication is fast and easy, the space is as in the photos and quiet. The dogs have the whole yard to be at home. I have never had so much attention and communication with any host, neither before nor during my stays. And even before my arrival we had already agreed up to a menu of vegetarian meals that I could hire with them. And the meals have already been missed! Tati is perfect in the kitchen, in the combination of textures and surprised me very positively - the meals were divine! Me and my dogs spend days of rest and relaxation there, without any kind of worry! It's well worth staying with them!!!! Thank you again! 😘

Excellent host! The house is exactly as in the photos, spacious, comfortable and very well cared for. The host was extremely attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made our stay much easier. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Vitor always responded to our messages promptly and the house is more beautiful than in the photos. Every corner was lovingly decorated. Beyond the view is wonderful. Even washing dishes is easier with the view <3

Franco's space is beautiful, lots of trees and a good smell of bush. The house is spacious and cozy, has very nice blue windows and Franco is super helpful.

It was my husband who made the reservation, but I would like to leave this review because our stay was wonderful! The house is exactly like in the pictures: wide, very well cared for and cozy. Our son had a lot of fun, both in the spacious garden and in the areas of the condominium, which has a beautiful lake with ducks. Beds are extremely comfortable, with sheets and towels of high quality. Townhouse there were very hot sheets, ideal for the cooler nights. The kitchen is super well-equipped, with all the necessary utensils, and the refrigerator was already stocked with water and ice. The house was impeccable: clean, organized and with a well-kept home energy. I took the opportunity to relax reading some of the excellent books available there. The sofa is super comfortable and was perfect for us to watch a family movie. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was great! The host, Antônio always very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend for sure and hope to return soon!

Excellent location, very good parking, very good apartment with everything we needed, TV, sofa, kitchen with electric coffee maker, cups, curtain, noise-cutting window, air conditioning, minibar, cutlery, I would just like to highlight the bed mattress, which is very good quality, but you have to evaluate the time of use. We will definitely be back.

Accommodation exactly as in photos. It has the necessary kitchen utensils, microwave, air fryer and an electric stove. Everything was very clean. The shower is very warm. Very polite, friendly host and responds very quickly.

Kamila’s place is an absolute gem — clean, comfy, and in a great spot with a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurant all nearby. The view from the 25th-floor deck is stunning — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Kamila is a fab guest — warm, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. Loved my stay and would absolutely come back!

Perfect! How good it is to have a smooth experience. Miguel, the partner, is extremely helpful and kind, answering the messages immediately and with great sympathy. The place is exactly as in the listing, cozy and beautiful. I recommend and will come back more often!

The apartment is really as described. Access to the entrance is very convenient through facial recognition. And the apartment entrance is by code. The apartment is very clean. The internet is fast. The bed and bath linens are really good (congratulations). For those who will stay longer, the wardrobe is very good. The TV is smart and also has Claro TV. The kitchen utensils are good, with several bowls and glasses. The shower has an optimal temperature adjustment (from cold to boiling) with a large flow of water. The toilet paper is very good and there is a bidet. The region has many bars, pharmacies and markets less than 200 m from the apartment and you can walk (I was told it was safe and I felt it too since the policing is very good). I used the gym, which is very well equipped, but for those who stay for a long time, it might be better to pay for a gym). The pool's leisure area is very cozy. There is no espresso machine and I think he said a cup on one side of the bed.

The space, although small, is well optimized, bringing a lot of comfort. The location is excellent. The host took great care of us. In short, the cost-benefit is excellent. A single point of attention, which is not a demerit, but worth mentioning: the access to the garage is very narrow, and an average sedan can have a lot of difficulty, especially to get out (or may not even get it).

Excellent stay, super enchanted place. The photos represent the reality, but in person it is even more cozy. Rose was super attentive, guided us with all the tips. The place is so tasty that we leave little to enjoy the condominium that is also wonderful.

Everything was wonderful just like our other stay. Such a gorgeous view from the balcony and window, so peaceful, and the host is very quick with responses. Very safe location with restaurants, grocery store, pharmacies, hospitals all being walkable.

Great apartment, great host, great location. This place was clean, centrally located in a wonderful, safe neighborhood and has a fantastic view of Praca da Liberdade surrounded by beautiful Belo Horizonte. Can't wait to return.

Accommodation as described. Residential neighborhood without shops nearby that would allow shopping on foot (bakery and supermarket).

Very attentive Pedro. I had flight delays and arrived at Ap at dawn and was well received.

Our stay was sensational! I booked the house for my daughter's 11th birthday and went in a group of 10 children + 5 adults and it was fun for everyone! The house is super well equipped and the cinema/nightclub is a differential. But we took advantage of all the fun options: bingo, pool, pogo stick... Arnaldo fulfilled a special request I made and arranged a bonfire for the night, which ensured comfort in the cold. We didn't enjoy the pool as much, precisely because of the cold, but there were several other things to do. Arnaldo is truly an amazing host and made everything easy for us! I highly recommend the stay.
