Carol (I feel like I can even call her that, she's so nice) was one of the best hosts I've ever had!! It seemed like a friend who lives far away wanting to be present! She gave great tips/suggestions about the city, always responded quickly to any questions I had (even when they were not related to the house) and was super truthful in the ad!! Her house is delightful, beautiful, sophisticated, clean... a true haven!! The neighborhood is super residential, quiet and with great parks. The Iguatemi mall is very close. I'll be back for sure!!

Our stay was excellent, in the images we could not verify all the elegance and coziness of the house, there are several bathrooms and rooms for everyone. The co-host Andréa was available and the instructions on the accommodation were very easy to understand. The place smelled very nice and clean, all the spaces were comfortable. Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

Ágatha's apartment is impeccable and better than in the photos. I was extremely satisfied with the stay, everything in good condition, well decorated and well equipped, as well as the common areas of the building. Communication with Ágatha was great; she has been very helpful since last year, when I also made a reservation but ended up canceling the trip due to the floods. My only suggestion is to replace the bathroom curtain with a shower enclosure or something similar, because when you turn on the shower, the steam moves the curtain, which sticks to your body (and gets the outside a little wet). Another point of attention is that I did not feel very safe walking alone in the neighborhood in the late afternoon and early evening. I walked to the nearest supermarket, Asun, and was apprehensive about the surroundings.
