The space has an outdoor barbecue, a king-size bed and a double sofa bed, the accommodation has two televisions, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, and also a bathroom in the bedroom and one in the outdoor area, the corner has a gas stove and a camp stove, electric oven and various utensils. It is located 850 meters above sea level and has all the cool climate of the Serra Gaucha.

Chácara has an ecological trail by nature, with two waterfalls, a three-metre high with a cabin next to it and another fourteen meters high. We have a small evethole shed with a pool table and foosball. Barbeque kiosk next to the dam. The main house has three bedrooms, for 9 people. guest house for 4 people. totaling 13 people total. If necessary, camping is allowed for more people.
