The first floor is a climatic mezzanine - an ideal place to relax (50 sq. m.), with a bedroom, bathroom (bathtub). Accommodation for a group: 6-8 people.

In the yard there are benches to sit on, a sandbox for children and a barbecue or a more frequently used place for a bonfire.
