I absolutely loved this place! It’s quiet, cozy, and truly feels like home. The pool was a highlight for me and my partner—I thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is well-equipped with complete appliances and furniture, and the fast internet is a huge plus, especially for someone like me who works online. I highly recommend this place for remote workers looking for peace and quiet to recharge and combat burnout. It’s the perfect retreat. To top it off, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mt. Arayat and explore nearby tourist spots. Dennis and Cecile are wonderfully accommodating hosts. Cecile, in particular, felt like a longtime friend—I know I’ll miss her warm personality and her delicious bilo-bilo!

Our stay at Sea Haven 88 Beach house was one of the best. Upon arrival, the caretakers (Ate Rose and Kuya) warmly greeted us and guided us through the house rules around the house. They were kind and patient with all our queries and requests. Like Ms. JA, who answered all our inquiries before our trip. During our stay, we had the most fun with the billiards and swimming pool. Their original videoke was broken but they had a rented one which added to the fun. They also have a mini library with books and boardgames for those introvert-type guests. The kitchen was complete, we no longer needed to bring anything for cooking. Although they changed the rooms, they were bigger and prettier than we expected. The pictures didn't serve the justice of how cool and awesome were the rooms, even the room with 3 bunk beds. Overall, the place is a chance to feel at home in a beach front house. My family enjoyed and appreciated the warm welcome!

Stayed for one day and one night for a family gathering, the host provided all the stuffs i needed, and answered all questions I've asked about the property. Great location, the pool is amazing and there is a big area for everybody for eating and event. Will definitely come back again. ✌️ 💯

I suggest placing the location pin more accurately and adding some signages to make the place easier to locate. There should be daily garbage disposal to prevent flies. Additionally, the caretaker must ensure the pool is cleaned every day.

Huge space, lots to do, when you’re in the pool while listening to music it’s party vibe/feels because of the pool’s lighting, the sound of water falls in the pool is relaxing, our children and their cousins had so much fun, they all slept over at the huge loft type room with big beds. Will book this place again

Our stay was nice and pleasant, but some improvements could enhance the overall experience. The mattresses in both rooms were low quality and flattened quickly, making them uncomfortable even after a short time. The cooling system wasn’t effective due to the ranch-style sliding doors, which had gaps that let cool air escape, making it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. The bidet setup was inconvenient, as it required turning on the faucet to use it—having a separate water line would be more user-friendly. Lastly, the shower head sprayed water in multiple directions, which could be improved for a better experience. With a few upgrades, this place has great potential.

I had a fantastic stay at Gina’s place! The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, and the photos really did it justice. It was spacious, modern, and super clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels and others that we need. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants, and shops. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was quiet at night, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Gina was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They provided detailed instructions for check-in, and even offered great local tips for places to visit and eat. It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! 🫶🏼✨💛

Aldrin’s Place is a studio type residence within a subdivision, Bella Vita. They are responsive with our messages and requests. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, appliances and even condiments and drinking water. We booked this place for its affordability even though it is quite far from market places and the city. Overall, it was a good choice since we stayed comfortably here. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time during our 4 days and 3 nights stay here! The house was big, very clean, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. It felt safe and relaxing. The subdivision also has great amenities like a swimming pool, gym, basketball court, and a nice children’s park, all just a short walk, only a block away from the house. It was a perfect place for our family to relax and have fun together.

The hosts are accommodating. The house is very convenient to a lot of places making our plans successful. The house has washer so we were able to wash our clothes before our flight, it was such a plus. Very thankful to the hosts and I am glad I picked the right place. I will definitely book with them again.

Very generous host. They allowed us to enter the house waaaaayyyy earlier than our check in time. Great place for large group(although we were only 4 when we arrived). I think the place can accommodate 8-10 pax without hassle. The caretakers are polite and accommodating. They gave us fruits for takeout. Signal is the problem, which they already informed ahead, as there is literally no signal for globe/tm users in the place. If you want to relax away from work, it's the ideal place to stay.

Hacienda De Bourbon met our expectations. It had all the listed amenities. The place was quiet and private. We enjoyed our stay. More importantly, there were no mosquitoes in the house. The care takers were friendly and easy to talk to. They are willing to assist on your baggages during in/egress. Overall, we had a great time during our stay. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick getaway from Metro Manila.

The two bedrooms was very handy. Price was very reasonable and aircon in bedroom worked well. Having two full bathrooms was nice. Overall, a very nice place for short or long term. Highly recommend.

Estrellita's place was very clean and comfortable. The Check in was super easy and finding the place was no problem. The house is as described and we felt at home very fast. Estrellita's communication is very friendly, also to mention the caretaker. She was very friendly and helpful with changing bedsheets and helping with further questions. We were very satisfied with our stay. We would definitly stay there again.

My family really enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home. The kids enjoyed the park and the neighborhood. They began begging for us to purchase a home there. Haha. This house a great family home and is easy to grow comfortable in. If you love your provide cook your own food. There is a grocery store with on walking distance of the house. The marquee mall was literally a 5 minute drive down the road. Overall, it was a great stay. My family and I will return.

Description stated in the listing is very much accurate. Though there aren’t as much pictures shown, they are very accurate and not camera tricks. The listing definitely exceeded our expectations. I initially found the pictures too good to be true with regards to the size but the common space, living room, kitchen and rooms are really very spacious. There are a total of 11 room. 2 by the poolside, 1 in the mainhouse with direct access to the poolside and ensuite bathroom/toilet and another 2 more in the 1st floor with access to a common comfort room. There are 6 more rooms in the 2nd floor. Even with our group of 20 adults and 10 kids, we still had 1-2 rooms spare. Pool is very clean and well maintained with a bar area. The listing is complete with all kitchen accessories and appliances and may be used. Videoke was placed inside the house sa as not to disturb the neighbors in case you would want to sing your hearts out during your entire stay there. Wifi is available and signal is spread out in the entire rental. There is indoor parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for some more vehicles. It is situated inside a secured and quiet neighborhood. A convenience store is just outside the main gate that has essentially everyting you might need plus more. They have a variety of cheese, coldcuts, sandwiches and pizza. Caretakers are available anytime and are very nice too. Folding tables and monobloc chairs are available in the listing.

Check in was seamless. Place was clean and spotless. Very easy and responsive communication. Rooms were well thought of . Beds and pillows luxurious. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Mika and Jervin was always on hand for any concerns like turning on the jacuzzi, LPG ran out and was promptly replaced. Can’t say enough praises. No issues. Till next time.
