Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. King size bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Having a washer and dryer is handy. The location is near shopping, restaurants and the "Strip", but, most important you are near all the highways. My stay was peaceful was able to walk the ten minutes to the neighborhood park and walk or watch youth baseball games. Carmen was quick to respond when I was unable to access the internet (my fault).

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated and exactly what we needed and wanted. It truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great! America communications was amazing! The instructions were clear on how to get to the condo and it was super clean! Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect in the home! Super clean (really important to me) and very homey. The mattress in the second bedroom (queen) was so comfortable, we slept really well. We were told by the other couple that the king mattress wasn't as comfortable but the room was beautiful. Thank you so very much for a wonderful Airbnb experience!

Very clean! The a/c was awesome and I’m glad that there was a clean blanket. Bathroom was nice and clean as well. The kitchen had all the essentials as well. Loved it!

Apartment was accurately describe, had all the amenities needed for our stay. Within 10 mins of the strip and plenty of parking in the apartment complex or street it is next to.

I've stayed here before. Alexander is really good people. I needed a late checkout because it was 100+ degrees and I couldn't take my two little pups with me like I usually do. Alexander was able to accommodate my request and I will always remember and appreciate that. The air conditioning works great even in 100+ degrees too! Safe area for women traveling alone with less than fierce 12 pound dogs, and I would definitely stay here again. Angie

Wir haben dieses Appartement für unseren Aufenthalt in Las Vegas gebucht und wurden positiv überrascht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, die dennoch nicht weit vom Strip und Flughafen entfernt ist. Der Zugang funktioniert über einen Pincode für die Tür (diesen erhält man leider nur auf Anfrage und nicht automatisch über die App). Abgesehen davon 5-Sterne! Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, hat alles was man braucht - vielleicht sogar mehr als man braucht - und ist super sauber. Außerdem wirkt alles sehr hochwertig und alles wurde vor kurzem erst neu renoviert - zumindest sieht es so aus. Wir haben sogar unsere Koffer bei Marilin und ihrem Mann verstauen können, da unser Flug erst sehr spät ging. Die beiden sind sehr nett und helfen, wo sie nur können. Alles in allem war es eine super Unterkunft!

This place was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I felt safe in the area. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities listed. Mayra was also very kind and responsive to my questions. She responds relatively quick. I would definitely stay again

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

Pools are nice and overall condo was good! However the location is a bit further from the Strip than what we expected. Ed was very friendly and responsive, thank you Ed!
