The cottage is on the edge of the forest, where you don't even meet a person. If you want peace of mind, it's definitely the right thing to do. Inside, everything is clean, well furnished, the neighborhood is also very beautiful. 100% recommend 💯

We had a great time in the cottage. The garden is super beautiful, private and quiet and there are super nice amenities for young and old. For our baby, everything was present, which was super convenient. Everything was super modern and sparkling clean, so our baby could crawl everywhere! Aneta was super friendly and responded quickly. The surroundings are also very nice. There is a bakery and supermarket within a 5-minute walk, and the city center is also close by. The center is full of nice restaurants and shops. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back next year

A great place that looks even better than the photos. It was very clean and there was everything you could want to clean - bags, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher tablets, everything you need. The house is very well equipped (dishes, pots, etc.), very large, great place for fire, sauna. The host is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Really peaceful place, even with the neighbors around, enough privacy to properly relax. Additional thanks for letting to stay with pets, my ferrets enjoyed walking in the yard! Sad we stayed only for 1 night, would definitely come back.

Great house with everything you need, quiet location surrounded by green, extremely friendly and welcoming hosts who treated us to delicious cakes and gave us lots of great recommendations for hikes and food in the area. Beautiful hiking trails are accessible within a few minutes drive. Thanks a lot for the great stay!

A spacious cottage with an atmosphere from the past, but at the same time equipped with everything one could need. Great sauna, fireplace, game room and beautiful garden. Ideal for a larger family or a group of friends. And the host is friendly and communicative. I recommend.

The vacation home was the best Airbnb we visited in the Czech Republic. Everything was simply available (all kitchen utensils, candles, batteries, cleaning utensils, dishwasher tabs, coffee capsules, dish towels, wipes, towels, shower gel, shampoo, notes, tissues, etc...). The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms super clean, there was plenty of wood (including firewood, all free) for the fireplace and the fireplace outside, plus underfloor heating and bread sticks. Katerina and her family gave welcome gifts and farewell gifts, and they even set up 2 baby cribs for our twins - something like this is not a matter of course. We absolutely did not miss anything in the house and felt very comfortable. However, the house is in a very quiet, remote area and you have to drive a bit to get to a bigger city. But you can enjoy the tranquility in the adjacent forest. We wholeheartedly give a 100% recommendation!

Very efficient contact and great communication regarding details (check-in, bed layout). Climatic cottage and in a very nice neighborhood. A large garden allows you to spend time in peace after a hike in the mountains. Highly recommend!

Located on a creek, you can hear the pleasant buzz of water. Interior in a cozy atmosphere, clean, warm, decorated with taste, keeping the "soul" of an old house. Despite the very cold nights, the house was warm. Good location, practically in the center, yet off the beaten path. The hosts were very friendly, took good care of our comfort and well-being. You had a great stay. Fully equipped apartment. Great prepared outdoor seating area - playground, pool, grill shed. The village is beautifully located, horseback rides are available. The nearest shop and restaurants in the town is 3 km away. We had the opportunity to charge an electric car by the apartment we recommend you to relax here. thank you for your hospitality

A very large, atmospheric apartment where you can comfortably live, work, cook, relax. The kitchen is very well equipped, clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the brine graduation tower in the bedroom works well for the quality of sleep. The bathroom is large, well equipped and functional. A living room with a fireplace and a record player is a great place to relax, and the lack of a TV is a huge plus here:) The sauna/bed of Ganbanyoku is great, especially after a day of hiking in the mountains. The area is very quiet, green and comfortable (although without a car, of course, it's a little difficult to do, for example, shopping). We had a great time in Ponikwa for a long weekend and we didn't really miss anything:)

Incredible place and super host!

A great place for a family or friendly group. Separate rooms/apartments, each with its own bathroom plus shared, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with dining room if you want to stay together. A house with a soul, so the stairs squeak warmly;) In addition, a game area with a pool table, table football, and a barge, and an easy-to-use sauna in a separate room with a shower and sun loungers. In common areas, an additional 2 toilets. Bed linens, towels, paper and kitchen towels, napkins, wipes, and cleaning supplies (including dishwasher tablets) are provided. You've really thought of everything. Very good, but not relevant communication with the owner and resident. We were given several sets of keys, so it was easy to manage the plan of the day. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend THIS DoM. The house is fully equipped, additional experiences on the property include a sauna and a banya. The perfect place for a trip with a larger group in the Owl Mountains. Direct trail to the Great Owl about 2 km from the house. The car can be parked for the whole weekend, walking distance to shops and restaurants in the nearby town of Sokolec. The atmospheric porch overlooking the garden was our favorite place to spend evenings. Efficient and quick communication with the host. Thank you for your hospitality.

We were 7 in the climbing area of Bor (near Machov, Czech Republic) and stayed at the accommodation very inexpensive and comfortable, very great! The hosts live not far away in a house and have communicated very nicely with us. There was wood for heating at your disposal, which was pleasant. However, not all radiators in the rooms worked, which was a bit unfavorable when falling asleep. In addition, we were told that the amount of electricity included in the price is limited, which we perceived as something uncomfortable, as we did not know if such as the infrared sauna can be used free of charge. We knew that towels and kitchen towels are not included, which was not a problem but also no advantage. All in all a great stay and we would definitely visit the place again if we vacation in the area again.

Our stay was great! We even got regional bread and a sparkling wine from Adam towards the end of our stay. Since they had to stop by for repairs, Adam was able to help refill the hot tub with warm water. Like last year, we had a great view, cozy beds and overall a great stay. See you soon!

Amazing place, amazing hosts! The place is clean and modern, hot tube in the evenings is amazing and kids loved it! Hosts were very helpful, they welcomed us with homemade bread and carrot muffins. Throughout our stay we’ve been offered any kind of help we needed. Strongly recommend that place to stay and relax! We stayed with a large group of 7 people, of which there were 3 small children. And this house was the perfect place for our vacation. A large house with all amenities, 2 bathrooms, a sauna right in the house, a large dining area and one of the most moments of our trip is a large area where you can walk and enjoy your vacation. We loved everything!
