Estamos a 15 minutos de Vigo en coche o (bus público en la propia puerta de casa). Las playas del val minor o vigo están también a 15 minutos. Quizás no vienes de vacaciones y vienes para estar cerca de algún familiar ingresado o a trabajar en el hospital Alvaro cunqueiro, este está a apenas 5 minutos al igual que la universidad CUVI.

Visit this beautiful attached house with two bedrooms and one bathroom located in a strategic area between the city of Vigo 10 minutes away and the beach area between 5 and 10 minutes away. Surrounded by green areas and away from the large summer crowds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large and bright living/dining room. The rooms have large windows without nearby buildings. If you're a family, a couple, or a group of friends, this townhouse will be perfect.

You have direct access to the backyard with lawn, chairs, barbecue and a small vegetable plantation. The place is an openspace on the ground floor with bathroom and a small but well equipped kitchen. It's close to the beach (1km) and very clean river (500m). There is also a pool and aqua park nearby. The neighborhood is quite. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It's right along the Camino de Santiago path.
