Both have been rebuilt in harmony with the traditional architecture of the region. It is an invitation to enjoy the peace and the landscapes of the rural environment. Posee dos habitaciones exteriores con baño propio cada una y un amplio salón con chimenea y galería con vistas al río, en la planta superior. Una cocina con comedor y aseo, con salida al patio y al porche, en la planta baja. Se ha cuidado mucho la iluminación y confortabilidad. The first mentions of the Compostelana chapter property in the vicinity of Ribadavia date back to the end of the 12th century. The chapel dedicated to Santiago, along with the manor house, belonged to the Cabildo De Santiago, which personally exploited it due to its wealth in the production of the highly valued Ribeiro wine.
