Fire pit & BBQ (with roof) A relaxing space that feels like an overseas beach resort

We named it Balifornia because it was designed with Bali and California beach resorts in mind. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind! It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets are not allowed. As a general rule, we do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. We have been plagued by vandalism and loss of equipment by young people. Although only a small percentage of young people are responsible for this, we will only accept reservations from people 25 years old and older to avoid risk.

"Large villa with a sea breeze!!" Sauna, basket court, BBQ terrace on a huge property! I've packed everyone's wants! I created this room with the desire to create a place where everyone can have a fun stay by the sea. It is a short walk to the sea, and there is a pleasant sea breeze in the garden and in the room. We have two large saunas and two water baths. Please enjoy your stay. There is also an authentic basketball court. The room has 1 bedroom in front of the living room and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. I hope guests from all over Japan and around the world will come to stay and make good memories.

Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free.
