Holiday rentals with beach access in Observatory

Fabulous place, location, and hosts. I highly recommend both. Kalk Bay is all charm. The apartment, top floor, has a wonderful view of the ocean and hills. Stunning. Easy secure walking into town. Lynne and Luiz are the best. The apartment is perfect in everyway: the bathtub overlooks the hills and with the sound of the ocean is all peace and comfort.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Christa’s.. the location and views were incredible - we ended up staying in and sitting at the balcony to enjoy undisturbed views of the sea and sunset almost everyday..the house was very cozy and made really well.. we would definitely stay here again whenever we’re in cape town next

We had a fantastic time staying at Andrew's place! The apartment was beautifully, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed. I did encounter a few issues on arrival but they were resolved swiftly and the communication throughout was perfect. Andrew and Lauren were very accommodating. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! Your apartment was spotless and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I really appreciated your quick responses. You clearly put a lot of thought into making your guests feel welcome, and it showed. I'd highly recommend you to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience. We can't wait to come back.

The condo was just like the pictures. Spacious and well stocked. The location was good, easy walk to the waterfront and felt very safe. Glad we stayed here.

Perfect spot in the heart of Seapoint. Walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants and the awesome waterfront walk. The apartment was clean and well thought out. It had everything I needed. Plus as a female travelling alone I felt very safe in the space and the building. Highly recommend.

Great stay at Justin's place. As described, in a good location to explore Cape Town and surrounding area. Apartment feels secure, off street secure parking and clean and well equipped.

We just left Cape Town and our stay at Gareth’s beautiful home overlooking the beach below. It was even better than the photos! We woke to an amazing view of the sun rise each morning! The beds are super comfy and the rooms bright and airy during the day. Such an incredible experience. We loved being south of downtown Cape Town with easier access to Boulders Beach and Cape of Good Hope. We could have enjoyed spending an entire week soaking it all in. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting. It was also super safe secluded on the hillside with a secure garage and gated pathway to the home and off the beaten path.

We had an amazing stay at Ilse and Dan’s place! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the three of us, all experienced Airbnb travelers, unanimously agreed it was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The location is perfect, beautifully decorated, and we had no trouble with parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they even let us leave our luggage for a few extra hours after checking out, which was super helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely love to return and recommend it to friends!

Such a beautiful place to stay in Cape Town! Camps Bay is beautiful and there are great restaurant and bar options within walking distance and of course THE BEACH! Getting over the mountains into the city bowl was super a quick and easy Uber ride away. The house itself is gorgeous and was perfect for our group. Since we visited in the fall, we didn't end up using the pool but the outdoor space was still so lovely. I would say to remember to bring shampoo and body wash because that was the only thing missing for us, but luckily there are supermarkets a 2 min walk away in case you forget like we did. :)

We had the most amazing time at Alexandras apartment. A place where you feel at home immediately. Perfect communication and helpfulness by the host :) 10/10

My parents and I enjoyed our stay at Brett & Henry's apartment in Milnerton. The apartment was SPOTLESS and looked exactly like the pictures. The sunset views of Table Mountain were breathtaking. The location was close to Canal Walk. The apartment had everything we needed, we enjoyed the access to Netflix & DSTv, the fans in both rooms, and appreciated the thoughtfulness of providing body wash and shampoo for both bathrooms. The only minor downsides were related to the surroundings which are entirely out of the hosts' control - we noticed a few homeless people around the tennis courts at the front of the building (they didn't bother anyone though) and Koeberg Road was very busy with lots of Taxis and busses which tend to abruptly stop in front of you (we had a minor accident because of this). Despite this, I would highly recommend this place. Brett & Henry were super responsive and we loved that we could text them directly with queries.

I can’t say enough great things about Laurene’s place! Phenomenal location with amazing coffee shops and eateries around. Felt very safe there as well. Laurene was so fast and responsive and had tons of great location suggestions of things to do. The jacuzzi was a great touch for weary bones after walking all day! I highly recommend this place!!

Fantastic views. Comfortable bedrooms and great ablutions. Close to many restaurants and for sports mad world class promenade to run awesome swimming pool to train and great cycling routes. Happy space for the fat triathletes and people who love sea sunsets

I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was conveniently close to safe walking areas, shops, a beautiful park & restaurants yet was in a relatively quiet road. The apartment is beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need, especially in the kitchen. It’s light & airy with stunning views. You feel secure & totally at ease there. Very obliging staff, in all, everything to recommend it.

I had the most incredible stay! The apartment is beautifully styled, modern, super clean, and the XL bed is so comfortable. But what truly stood out was the sunset view, even in the middle of winter. Watching the sun dip below the ocean from the balcony, with the sky turning shades of pink and purple, was pure magic and a highlight of our stay. Tanya was so responsive, and made check-in and out a breeze. I can’t recommend this place enough, whether you’re visiting in summer or winter, it’s the perfect Cape Town escape. I’ll definitely be back!

I would definitely stay at this accommodation again! Yvonne is a great host and very responsive to communication. The apartment is lovely, clean, and smells wonderful. It was as described and directly across the ocean. 5 stars!
