It is really amazing, spacious apartment with beautiful views. You can relax on the terrace or balkonies, observe nature: sea and forest. This place let you contemplate restful atmosphere. You have also a nice swimming pool and private beach. I have been there twice and I am pretty sure that I will come back.

Spaceous apartment in a tranquil location with a great pool. Plenty of resteraunts and shops within walking distance, as is the closest sandy beach. Plus the bus stop is a 10 mins walk, with regular buses to Nessebar and Sunny Beach or Borgas Overall it's great for a relaxing stay.

The apartament is clean and neat, in an amazing 5 star complex, on the East beach in St.Vlas. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Nina's place to everyone. Everything was fine. Clean apartment, equipped with everything we needed for a nice family vacation. Nina really thought of everything. (maybe, I'd like to put two more chairs in the bedrooms so she can put the clothes when you move) We always go somewhere else because there are a lot of places in the world where we haven't been, but if we didn't, we would definitely come back here because it was really good. If you smell a small canal in the bathroom, you don't have to be scared: two glasses of water should be poured into the floor drain. If it dries out, the smells will come up. If there's water in it, the smell will go away. Thank you again for a lovely week to spend here.

The apartment was actually 100% as described by Galina. The sliding sofa has the opportunity to sleep or just lie down on it for two people. Internet, TV,equipped kitchen for cooking,clean toilet,lovely shower, everyone could use it without restriction. The complex itself is located near the main bus station,from where you can make trips to different places: Nessebar, Burgas,Varna, etc. There are grocery stores near the house, where you can buy well for different tastes. Restaurants, cafes are a stone's throw from the complex, the sea is 500 meters away on foot. Galina is a very responsive tenant, you can easily find a common language with her.

The flat was clean and in a quiet location. Bars and coffee shops just a few minutes walk. The flat had a good size bath tub as well as a shower. A two minute walk to the bus stop for easy access to Burgas. The buses run frequently and into the evening

I had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The sea view was absolutely amazing and made every morning feel special. The location is unbeatable: a supermarket right next to the building, just a short 3–5 minute walk to the marina, beach bars, and Planet Yacht Club. Parking was also easy to find nearby. Tatiana was an excellent host—very polite, always helpful, and incredibly responsive whenever I had a question. Everything was convenient and within walking distance.

We stayed at the Ravda Residence for one week as a group of 11 people, and our experience was exceptional. The co-host, Oleg, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Anything we needed was either already available or promptly arranged by Oleg, demonstrating the hosts dedication to guest satisfaction. The house itself was spacious, clean, and modern—perfectly suited for accommodating a larger group. Although the property is typically intended for up to 10 guests, Oleg kindly arranged an additional bedroom to ensure everyone in our group was comfortable. The location was also ideal, with the beach just 100 meters away, making it easily accessible. The property offered numerous amenities, including bicycles, a sauna, and various recreational activities in the backyard. We especially appreciated the outdoor BBQ area, grill, and fireplace. Arrive late at night. Received by the host even though it was late. Very nice and kind. Absolutely perfect. Clean and good home with good AC. Perfect bed which was very comfortable. 10 out of 10 points.

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

Everything was fine, but a bit noisy place. Nice pool and friendly host.

We had a great time and will be back. The location was great, steps away from a small beach.The place was spacious, private, clean, quiet and we enjoyed the amenities. We were grateful to have A/C and a kitchen. Our hosts were really nice, proactive, super helpful, very flexible and gave us good recommendations. Definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

Joanna's apartment is defintely the most well equipped airnnb we have ever stayed in, which makes it ideal especially if your are travelling with children. The Etara complex is very nice with beautiful gardens and tradițional bulgarian architecture. One of the pools was just în front of the apartment but we prefered going to the beach which is also very close ( a few minutes walking diatance) and beautiful. The communication was great and Joanna was very helpful with everything. Overall, we had a great stay and the accomodation was perfect for us.

Nice place!

We had a wonderful stay at Nika’s place! A super responsive and flexible host, Nika stayed up late to check us in after our flight was a bit delayed, and really helped us book some taxis for sightseeing too. The apartment itself is beautiful, and it is so close to the beach! It had all amenities we might possibly need and more, and we can’t wait to come back soon.

As always it is a pleasure to stay in the apartament. We have usually get 2 weeks staying in this apartament and it is fantastic. Brian is always responsive which all our needs. I hardly wait to come again. Thank you for all and thank you for the great apartment!

We were here last year, and now we came back to home with same feelings: another wonderful weekend. Rayna helped a lot with this: clear and comfortable apartment, with all you need to have for a family. She waited for us, helped us with the accommodation. During our vacation we were asked if we were ok, if we needed anything else - it was very nice from them. So, if you want to spend a great vacation, in an atmosphere like home - I wholeheartedly recommend Rayna.

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!

Where to start, right from booking the apartment (5 week stay) Angie was right there to help, any questions or queries we had were answered immediately,She even arranged our return taxis. The local knowledge she shared helped us enormously. The apartment was super clean (and I'm fussy) and very comfortable with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The balcony is not overlooked a 360 view of the sea and beach, it offer's Sun and shade,with gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. Ravda has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and shops and only a short bus ride to the waterpark and the old town of Nessebar. Should we return to Ravda we would definitely book Angie's apartment without hesitation.
