Beachfront holiday rentals in Occidental Mindoro

A very pleasant place to stay for families especially if you are looking an ocean vacation. Disclaimer: it's not beach front which what you will find mostly in Anilao. We had fun exploring other islands via rental boat which is reasonably priced as well. We will definitely revisit this place next vacation.

Absolutely perfect stay! This beach house was everything we hoped for and more. Super private, peaceful, and just steps from the beach—it felt like our own little paradise. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and our dog was in heaven running around the yard and playing in the sand. It’s hard to find truly pet-friendly places that still feel like a retreat, but this one nailed it. What really stood out was the community vibe—neighbors were incredibly warm and welcoming without being intrusive. Everyone made us feel at home right away. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking to unwind in a serene, pet-friendly spot with great people around. Already dreaming of our next visit!

Nice and peaceful place, may tv and karaoke (youtube) may card games and pool. Near din sa beach. super accommodating pa ng host and helper. May restaurant din nearby if ayaw nyo magluto. 5/5 super happy with the stay

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

We had so much fun staying at Ms. Joys place. It was incredible so private, homey and clean. The rooms are clean, but not pwd friendly since you need to use the wide stairs going up and down the bedrooms. But since the place is outstanding it was not a big deal for us ☺️ The beachfront was swimmable the kids and also seniors and pwd was able to enjoy swimming at the beach. The pool was clean, but you need to be careful for the last steps since it is unnoticable. Five star also for kuya ricky he is so accomodating and always ready to assists. Ella is responsive while ate Tess (care taker) is way very helpful beyond their duty. There was a temporary power outage but good thing they have back up power generator.

Enjoyed our stay even after the typhoon, the place was relaxing and a perfect getaway to relieve some stress

The place was wonderful. It was so serene since we had the whole thing to ourselves. Although the house needed a few renovations, it was super cozy and the wind came through and through from morning til afternoon. It was also chilly at night and surprisingly there were no mosquitoes. The beds and linens were neat and tidy, and the comfort rooms were clean as well. Vei and Ate Elen were very accommodating. We had alot of questions and they both were very responsive. Since the place was remote and there were no nearby restaurants, Ate Elen cooked all our food, and everything was divine! We just sent a menu request in advance and she took care of all the rest. She always made sure we were comfortable. She and her husband even booked the boat ride from Balatero for us and helped us set up a bonfire during our last night. We loved how we were welcomed with fresh buko juice. Just the ideal drink to quench our thirst on a hot summer day. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. Hope to be back again and I hope that we can avail discount not senior discount though hehehe.

Amazing customer service at Sunset!!

Staying at this open-air treehouse was a great experience. The design blended perfectly with the natural surroundings, and the treehouse itself was cozy and clean. I especially loved the hammock, which provided the perfect spot to unwind. The Host was very responsive, and all the staff were courteous and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a serene retreat.

Jei was very helpful as a host, and was able to provide great options for us while we were there. Never had any issues while we stayed at her place. Highly recommended!

The property and the place were absolutely incredible. Tingloy island was an amazing experience, we loved every second of our stay. The property itself is amazing. Squeeky clean in all places, the kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable and the living room was great to relax. The beach Masasa beach is 10 mins walk from the property, not that far and it was worth it because the beach was amazing. The owner was very helpful. She was responsive and made sure we had everything we need. We really appreciated her waiting with us to help us get a tricycle. There were some minor power outages and she was really quick to turn on the generator. The water activities are also well worth it. We went island hopping, visited some lagoons and caves, and went to go snorkeling. We even saw turtles! Overall it was a very nice stay and I highly recommend this place if you're looking to stay at Tingloy Island.

Hans was very communicative and although we did not meet him, he introduced us to his care taker via phone. Mrs. Lorna made sure that we were received at the ferry terminal at Puerto Galera by her husband who was holding a sign with my name. Once we got to the apartment, Mrs. Lorna made sure we had everything we needed, explaining all of the amenities and offering to introduce us to the tour guide (who is fantastic!) and to a housekeeper. We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The AC worked, we had drinking water provided us to by Mrs. Lorna, and the apartment is about a 20 minute Trike ride from White Beach. The tours provided by the tour guide were fantastic. All of the kitchen amenities worked. Things to keep in mind - the apartment upstairs may be used by other people and there is a 5 - 7 minute hill to walk up to the house if not using a trike.

The owners are such gracious hosts and they are hands on in dealing with the guests. They just recently opened and whatever lacking items were compensated by their quick response. It is a place we would go back to because they made us feel right at home. 🙂

Location was nice. Stuff and the host were really helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend the place for visitors who want to experience nature close environment close to great local people.

Awesome place! Even with the rainy weather, our stay was pleasant. This is only the 3rd airbnb we stayed in where there were house staff who cooked meals for the guests. We didn't have to go to restaurants all the time, and we were able to enjoy a real vacation. The house staff ate Cynthia and her family were very helpful and always happy to treat us like family guests. I am happy to know that the homeowner has been checking in on us, if we were comfy during the stay. We enjoyed the house Christmas decors as well, took nice family photos in the house. Norman who assisted in the booking was also very helpful with our questions. Looking forward to staying here again with a bigger group and hopefully when weather is sunny.

This was one of my best AirBNB experiences. I don't stay in AirBNB's with the owners present (although sometimes they may rent it in their absence). However, since our only other option for the area seemed to be expensive resorts, we gave it a shot. Staying with Rosanna (aka Isla's B&B) was such a pleasure. It was everything I wanted to experience from Filipino hospitality. Her house is literally on the beach in Mabini. Her partner is an American who came to stay and just never left because Rosanna's hospitality is that good. He built a second floor covered balcony, where we spent most of our time working and watching the sunset. There is beautiful snorkeling right in front of the home. Rosanna is an incredible cook and will cook you meals if you choose. Btw, the whole community is basically her family, so if you need anything, she is like the unofficial mayor and just pulls out her phone and makes it happen. I recommend renting a scooter on your way so you have a way to get around.
