The repair timeline is unknown. If elevator access is important for your stay, please reach out before booking so we can confirm. Guests must bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and toiletries.

Booking age requirement - 21+ Clean, modern, slick and close to the beach, bay, Boardwalk, and Downtown all in under a five-minute walk. The Dolphin Court Condominiums work great for a few days or even a few weeks stay. Parking is awesome, with a private, dedicated parking space in front of the unit.
