Holiday rentals with beach access in Ocean City

really nice place that matches every description on the listing. hosts were very communicative and reached out multiple times to see if anything else was needed. overall a very nice place at a very reasonable price with very nice and helpful hosts. I will definitely try to book again next time in wildwood!

A beautiful spot on the bay to watch the sunset, easy walk to the beach and Jean kindly offered us beach chairs & tags to use. She got the space ready for us to check in early and was quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend this cute & cozy spot!

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend with the girls! Good proximity to Cape May for shopping/restaurants/beach (about a 20 minute drive) but also located literal steps from a nice quiet beach area as well. The apartment was the perfect size for four guests and the deck/patio furniture/beach chairs were nice bonuses. The host was responsive for the couple questions we had throughout our stay. Lovely little beach getaway!!

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish and graciously accommodated my last minute booking. The place was the perfect size for me and my young daughter, and the location was ideally located near all the great shops and food options on Asbury. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. It was a really warm and sunny weekend, so it was a bummer that the outdoor furniture that’s pictured wasn’t available for use. (The host quickly responded that Easter is still considered the off-season and it’s put away until the season starts). There aren’t dedicated spots for any of the units, but parking was available a few blocks away. It was a bit challenging to handle unpacking my car since there wasn’t parking nearby, but the neighbors let me use their spot for a few minutes so I could unload close to the house. Also, don’t pack a large heavy suitcase. Lots of stairs. Overall, it was a great place and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

I highley recommend staying at 11 Delaware! My friends and I found it to be quite pleasant and just the right amount of space. The unit was clean on arrival and although I had some trouble getting in (not at fault of the listing, my own user error lol) the owner Jennifer Anne was amazing! She took my call right away and walked me through everything until I was inside and settled, I was very appreciative. Parking was easily accessible which was a plus, and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall the space was perfect for what I needed it for. My only 2 notes would be that 1. The beach at the time we went was not suitable to swim as there were thousands of horseshoe crabs, I suppose it’s the season I was unaware. The owner/host is wonderful and if you need assistance I highkey recommend contacting her. The caretaker however I found to be a bit rude. A friend left their bag in the unit, and after paying close to $850 for a 2 night stay I had expected a bit of a kinder tone from her.

This was the second time my husband and I chose to book Lina's place. This time was no different than the first! Clean, spacious, convenient, and relaxing. The perfect spot to vacation in Atlantic City. Lina is always so gracious and quick to respond to inquiries. I would highly recommend this property or any others of Lina. 10/10 in all areas! You won't be disappointed if you book!

This space was accommodating and Rani was a great host. The instructions were clear about check-in and check-out. The staff at Atlantic Palace were friendly and helpful as well. This space is right on the boardwalk and close to the ocean, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

This place was exactly as advertised. While it is small (like being on a cruise ship) it is laid out nicely. It was clean and comfortable for my overnight stay in OCNJ. Steve did a great job of communicating check in instructions up front and followed up with me in the days leading up to and the day of my visit. Checking in and out was a breeze and everything was within walking distance. Would rent here again.

Will’s place was perfect. Clean and open, we all felt right at home. Also good for children, not too many things for them to hurt themselves on and the porch is safe and enclosed!

Great location! Better than the pictures. We had a relaxing stay even the weather wasn’t ideal, we did some reading, cooked our own meals, and walked to the grocery store just 15 minutes away. The space was spotless, with clean bedding and towels, and it was well stocked with everything we needed. The decor was tasteful and cozy, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great weekend celebrating Easter and my father’s 90th birthday. Julie and Michael’s place was immaculate! The kitchen was well very stocked. We loved having coffee on the spacious porch in the mornings. The house is very conveniently located to stores, playground, and the beach.

Tim was an amazing host. He responded within five minutes to my questions before I even booked his place. He was both professional and personable. Tim’s home was in a perfect spot to all both OC and Somers Point has to offer. The home was wonderful and cozy and decorated in a nice beach theme. Beach chairs and tons of towels were provided! The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were comfy. I would Highly recommend Tim as a host!!

Brought my future sister in law and a few girls to celebrate the bride to be during a girls spa weekend. Property was clean and well kept. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The hosts were very nice and responsive. It was the perfect location in AC to be close to everything but still enjoy the peace and quiet.

Eman was very quick to respond to any questions we had, the place was very clean, we were close to the beach & boardwalk. This was our first time to Ocean City New Jersey, & we definitely enjoyed our stay!!!

We absolutely loved this house! Heather and Andrew were fantastic hosts friendly, responsive, and helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly and gave an excellent recommendations. The outdoor space was great and it helped to keep the kids entertained even when the weather didn’t cooperate. The house itself was spotless, well maintained, and felt very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family friendly beach getaway!

This is the place if you’re looking for easy, relaxed, bringing kids. Very quick walk to whatever you need, but in a peaceful spot. Great host, it’s just a pleasure to visit.

Aya was such a gracious host. She was helpful & kindly gave us tips to make sure our stay was a great one and it was! Her beautiful house was so clean and decorated with bright and pretty colors. The open floor plan, along with the outdoor porch, was great for my group of 6 people. We will definitely look to reserve a stay at Aya’s house again.

Very nice stay at a great location!

Anna and Kris were very responsive before and during our stay! They were friendly at all times and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure that everything was up to our satisfaction! The location being right on Asbury was perfect since we were there for the spring block party. Beach is walkable, but probably a better bike ride or to just go and park closer. The place was pretty easy to find and was exactly as pictured! Everything was clean and we felt right at home for our stay!

This is our 2nd year staying at Steve’s condo and again, it did not disappoint. This has to be the most convenient location in OCNJ! We were a very short walk from not just the beach, but also a playground, mini-golf, ice cream, Dot’s Donuts, Acme, CVS, and a few restaurants. We only drove to get to the boardwalk. Steve’s place is a perfect size for a family of 4 and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! We hope to be back again next summer!

Just returned from my 6th stay at Erica’s condo. Most of the units are owner occupied with only a few rentals. It’s perfect for those looking for a chill relaxing environment. Just a few blocks to the beach, Centennial Park (has live music series!), and Sunrise Park. Erica is an awesome host, the condo is perfect and well maintained. We’re already booked again for next year!

We traveling alot with our daughter playing in the WNBA and us coaching…this spot is a must have every year we come into town ! Love the Hosts , location and we were so close to beach and boardwalk! Will be back next year for sure!!

Our stay in Ocean City, NJ was absolutely fantastic! This Airbnb is top-notch, with amenities that truly go above and beyond. The house had everything we needed – from plenty of bath and beach towels to beach equipment and laundry supplies – every detail was thoughtfully covered. The location couldn’t have been better, just a hop, skip, and stone’s throw away from 9th Street and Manco & Manco Pizza. The convenience of the elevator was a huge plus, especially for my older parents and when carrying heavy luggage. We were so happy with the rental and all the thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

Great experience the house, the location, the locals, the proximity to AC. The house is very nice and organized. It was clean and very welcoming. Loved the coffee bar. So nice to come in late and have a cup of joe (almost) ready in the morning was priceless. I would definitely come back.
