Centrally located home, close to all, ONLY 10 MINUTES TO THE MARINA AND THE NEW GAYLOR RESORT/ CONVENTION CENTER OPENING ON MAY 15, 2025. 2.5 miles from the beach, 15 minutes from downtown San Diego. Within walking distance to restaurants, park, grocery store, & restaurants. The house feels very comfortable with warm colors with all the essentials to make you feel at home.
