Had an incredible experience. A short walk to the beach down stairs and a great walk path along the beach that takes you directly to the pier and downtown restaurants. We walked it the first day and soaked in the beauty and had a great food. The place was prefect! Had everything we needed and Linda was an amazing host! Went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing stay. Would highly recommend.

The place was spotless. Extremely comfortable bed! I slept great! I didn't use the sofa so can't speak to that. A little traffic noise during rush hour, but nothing horrible. The location is excellent! Super easy to get to, and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and I-5. Laura responded very quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with. The place has a friendly, welcoming vibe. I would happily stay there again.

This place was a great place to stay for a night. It was clean and the check in and checkout was hassle free.

Susan's place was in a beautiful neighborhood and just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was calm and felt safe.. exactly what we needed for a little last minute escape. I booked and was able to check in within a couple hours after. Susan was sweet and accommodating in the short amount of time I was there.

The guest suite was roomy, spotless, and comfy. Easy to find and conveniently located near downtown San Marcos. Also, not too far from the beach.

The VIEWS!!! Absolutely breathtaking. We could’ve spent the entire trip just soaking in that ocean view—it was seriously next-level. From sunrise to sunset, it was pure magic. We absolutely loved Kate’s place and Kate herself! She was the best host we’ve ever had. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and had such a fun, quirky charm that made it feel like a hidden gem. The bed was insanely comfortable, the robes were perfectly cozy, and the coffee? Delicious. The art supplies and hot tub facing the ocean were truly to die for—I didn’t even want to leave to explore San Diego because I was so content right there. We slept with the back door open to hear the waves crash all night long and let the ocean breeze in. The neighborhood felt super safe and had such a great vibe. We already know we’ll be back to see Kate every year. No doubt about it.

Corine was extremely helpful and proactive in providing check-i, gate, and parking info. The suite was beautiful with great views and very clean and homey. Thank you for a pleasant stay and easy comms.

My fiancé and I stayed here being in town for a wedding and we couldn’t have booked a more perfect place for just the two of us! Amanda’s place was super clean and was exactly what we expected! The neighborhood was super quiet and safe. Amanda was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! :)

We loved this Airbnb! Upon arrival we were welcomed by our host, Grant. He helped us get into the unit and gave us a brief tour. We found the unit to be first class in every way - comfortable bed, quality linens, very clean, etc. There was a lot of attention to detail in this Airbnb. We were very pleased with this choice and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Diego.

We needed a place for 3 adults Sydnie’s place was so great from the first time I messaged Sydnie she helped me with local recommendation’s for restaurants/groceries/stores she sent me all the info I messed to make our stay wonderful. The house was everything that was shown. I would recommend anyone to stay here and will definitely will be back.

What a beautiful place to stay! Check-in was incredibly easy and the casita was cozy, comfortable, and clean. It definitely made us feel at home. With close proximity to other wineries, it's the perfect place to stay. Hope to stay there again!

Kirsten has obviously put a lot of effort into making her place comfortable, and it is lovely. Kirsten is very friendly and responsive in providing local recommendations which I appreciate. I would most definitely stay at Kirsten's place again and would recommend it to others.

Tadie and Mark's place was perfect! We're definitely putting it on our list to visit again since we're often in Encinitas. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and the bed was still very comfortable for me. Bathroom is well stocked with toiletries in case you forget something. Thank you for the nice stay!

Harold was a wonderful host, very fast at communicating and friendly. It’d love to stay here again the next time I’m in San Diego. There are tons of walkable restaurants and the neighborhood is fantastic with lots of street parking

Very pleasant comfortable clean and quiet. Enjoy the outdoor patio watching hummingbirds and the sunset. Everything was well organized and stopped well. Appreciated the coffees oatmeals and snacks.

Perfect location for easy access to the UCSD campus. Lovely steep walk to Black’s beach. Large main living space with lofted ceiling. Lots of storage. Workable kitchenette. Would definitely book again.

I couldn't possibly come up with something that hasn't already been said before (many times) about Jeannine and her place. It is absolutely perfect and she is a model host and delightful human being. I've become quite jaded about places with near-perfect scores as I've had a number of disappointments in the past where I couldn't comprehend how the place I stayed had so many 5 star reviews. NOT HERE!! Jeannine deserves every single star and positive review that she has earned through her years of hosting. It's obvious that this apartment is her pride and joy, and that hosting it brings her immense happiness. These good vibes are contagious and and I was truly happy in every moment I spent there. To say that I felt right at home (which is a cliché statement in Airbnb reviews) is a complete understatement. I've found my home away from home in Encinitas and will always check here before booking anything else.

Absolutely one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The cottage was thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need. The peaceful surroundings and the beautiful pathway leading to the guest entrance and yard made it feel like a retreat. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked another visit right away.

Max was so wonderful and greeted us upon check-in. His home and the location is absolutely stunning! He even left me a basket of fresh fruits from the property and they were absolutely DELICIOUS!
