Casa Gabriel Dans un quartier calme, appartement 80 m² 2 chambres sans vis à vis, vue pins, très calme au 2ème étage exposé Nord (pas besoin de clim). Tout confort (lave linge, lave vaisselle, 2 salles de bains) et bien situé proche des commerces (quartier du marché) et à 10 mn de la plage de ville. Pas de balcon mais terrasse commune non aménagée juste au-dessus avec barbecue (appartement non fumeur). Parking facile juste devant.
