Supermarket, bakery, as well as some restaurants and beer garden are very close. The apartment has a small fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer (coins) Wi-Fi is available.

The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019. It is located in the heart of the Maxvorstadt, surrounded by beautiful cafés, small boutiques, restaurants, and bars. Meine Unterkunft (27 m²) ist gut für Paare, einzelne Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). In wenigen Minuten ist man am Viktualienmarkt (300 M.), Marienplatz (600 M.), Isartor (250 M.) und Deutschen Museum (600 M.). Rauchen ist verboten!
