Daylight guest house with extra high ceilings, you will have the entire basement to yourself with separate entrance. Surrounded by trees and walking distance to Kayscreek trail. Your own gated private patio (temp landscaping material storage on part), lots of free parking space. I live upstairs in the main house with my partner and our dogs. Hot tub hammock and fire pit overlooking Antelope Island and the Salt Lake Valley. Great sunsets. Fenced yard. Dogs live upstairs. No pets without prior approval. Extra fee of $10 for guests 5-8. Quiet hours 11PM-7 AM. Hot tub is closed during quiet hours. If you are locals and looking to be loud and party please do not book at this location. EV charger.

Come stay at our townhome nestled in beautiful Eden Utah surrounded by gorgeous mountain and lake vistas. Admire the views from the master bedroom balcony or while soaking in the hot tub after a day of skiing or snowboarding. Snow Basin, Powder Mountain and Nordic are all within a 15-minute drive. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, smart tv’s and a game room for a day in. Groceries, dining, boutiques, and the distillery are just minutes away.

Spacious 3 bed, 2 bath, w/ pool table

This is a spacious basement apartment with its own private entrance. It has 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and 4 Twin XL's on bunks) and 2 bathrooms (full and 3/4). Full kitchen and laundry included. We have 3 kids upstairs. We do what we can to limit the noise but kids can be loud. We provide toilet paper and soap for 30 days; longer stays will provide their own. Max occupancy is 8 regardless of age. We grow watermelons instead of grass in the front yard for funzies.
