Villa holiday rentals in Oistins

The four of us, (2 adults, 2 children - 13 and 9 year old) had such an amazing holiday. Paul and Nicky are excellent hosts with quick and friendly responses to our questions and loads of info about the local area and recommendations. The villa was awesome. Very clean, plenty of space for the four of us with two ensuite bedrooms and a fantastic location. Beds were big and comfy and the kitchen was big enough for a couple of family meals. Location was excellent with it just being a three min walk to an amazing beach and access to sun loungers courtesy of Fairmont Pavillion hotel passes. The shared pool is also a great additon. I would recommend hiring a car if you want to do some food shopping and see more of the island. Although the reggae reggae buses are pretty frequent and quite an experience, having a car makes it so much easier to get around. Barbados and the people are fantastic. Very friendly and we felt very safe. Highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. Thanks so much to Dawn and Mark for always getting back to us and for being so helpful with any local questions we had. We felt very welcome and didn’t want to leave! We stayed with our 2 young daughters who loved the pool. They also enjoyed the pool at Paul Owen’s. The local restaurants are lovely and Masey’s supermarket being walking distance was helpful. We also walked to Paynes beach which is 25 minutes towards Bridgetown direction but would highly recommend it! Peaceful beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. A beach bar with great food and we saw turtles. Don’t forget your snorkel!!

We had an amazing week at Craig’s villa. The place was even better in person than the photos. We loved the private backyard and the direct access to the mini pool and footsteps away from a bigger pool behind us. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Sharper knives or a knife sharpener would have been nice since we cooked a lot. The washer and dryer available was very helpful as we constantly had to dry our towels! The location was perfect for a family with young children as it was quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Westayed in Susie’s place for 10 fabulous. As a couple with two young children we’re very picky about accommodation and can reassure anyone considering a stay in coco house, it’s utterly fantastic. Once you arrive you quickly realise this is not a cheaply renovated Airbnb property, this is a beautiful, clean, well maintained family holiday home. The house is located in a gated community with security at the entrance 24hrs, large communal pools, bar / restaurant on site (very good). The house has every piece of cooking equipment, pool toys, board games etc you could ever want. Cleaner came and did a deep clean midweek which was great. The views are stunning and layout of the house wonderful. Cold aircon. Plunge pool in the garden. Mango tree our sons enjoyed most mornings for breakfast. Comfortable beds. Susie and her house keeper Marcia keep in good communication and nothing is too much trouble. Pick susies place for your stay, you won’t be disappointed. We’ll be back for sure!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. There is plenty of room for 6 people. It is just a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 25 minute walk into Speightstown. The pool is amazing and really well kept. The only thing that could make this villa even better is to add an en-suite shower room the massive bedroom.

Just got back from a girls getaway and loved every second of our stay at Imagine Villa! The location is perfect, you’re a quick walk to the beach and La Cabane as well as many other things in the area. The bus stop is right outside the villa (take it, you won’t be disappointed!) there were 8 of us, lots of room for everyone, the rooms were perfect, each room has a bathroom and the pool in the back is good for a little dip. Everyone was so responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything, or had a question or request. I will absolutely go back, the Villa is perfect and you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic hosts and accommodation. Make sure you follow the instructions when making your way as Google maps doesn’t always find it! But it is in a great location (Westmoreland) and is a beautiful property. Modern feel with a classic touch and has all the amenities you need. You need a car to get around but that’s fine, it allows you to properly explore the island. Stunning hotels, restaurants and beaches within a 5 minute drive and the local supermarket only 10 mins away. Highly recommend this property and Barbados, our favourite Caribbean island that we’ve been to. Will be back!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The views are so beautiful and the villa is well kept. Warren was so responsive and helpful with assisting me plan details for my bestfriends bachelorette celebration. He provided lots of guidance and recommendations and assisted me with purchasing flowers and grocery items for our stay. The villa has small touches like plush robes in each of the rooms and lots of linens and towels to utilize during your stay. Ms. Jackie was so sweet and helpful and welcoming during check-in and checkout. There is lots of space/seating for entertaining if you’re with a group. We took a stroll around the corner to a local spot called Wendy’s and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. I will definitely return again. Thank you Warren and Sherri for making our experience so memorable.

I had an amazing stay at Colin and Stacie’s place! The accommodation was exactly as described and even exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Colin and Stacie were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The location was great , with easy access to local attractions and amenities. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay, and I would definitely book again in the future!

A great location in the best part of Barbados, close to all our favourite restaurants. The advantage of being part of the Royal Westmoreland is that you have access to a gym and huge swimming pool as well as the small one at the villa, and to Mullins Beach. And excellent food within walking distance

Great 7 days- no complaints. Kids enjoyed the private and communal pools. Very responsive host and property manager. So, very pleasant stay overall.

Beautiful villa! Spent a few days here to celebrate my girlfriend’s 28th birthday and it was everything we could’ve imagined! The view is amazing, barbados is such a lovely place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me put together a personal chef for the birthday girl! The villa was so amazing we didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

Home away from home. Very clean and spacious. Great for a relaxing vacation. Dominic was very responsive and made great recommendations. It’s always nice to have clean towels and sheets. Majorie, the housekeeper was extremely helpful and Ambrozine cooked us delicious meals. The beach is across the street, great location for an early morning swim and away from the hustle bustle of Bridgetown. I would definitely do this again. Great house! This spacious 4 bed villa set in a beautiful location is in the perfect place to relax! Conveniently situated near the large resort swimming pool and gym. Great view over the perfectly manicured golf course with tiny birds and monkeys to watch. Hospitality was faultless and couldn't have done enough for us. Batteries recharged, just what we all needed. Annabelle's is an absolutely unique property, and we feel so privileged to have stayed there. Fraser was a wonderful host, so responsive and full of helpful recommendations and suggestions. the very few teething issues were sorted by him during our stay, with the help of Neville, the property manager. Fraser and his team went above and beyond in their efforts to make our stay as stress free as possible, arranging car hire and airport pick ups. The location is stunning. Words are not enough to express the views, the beaches and the sunsets! we have never, and will never again stay anywhere quite as spectacular. It is worth remembering that Anabelle's is a traditional Bajan house. There is no air-con, and the sea is noisy at night. You will be visited by the local bugs, so pack repellent and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper; but when you wake up in the morning and throw open the shutters- it will all be forgotten! If you’re looking for a private quiet spacious space to relax, unwind and rest then Ridge View is perfect. Everything is just as described- From the view on the back veranda to bathing by the pool, doing our laundry under the sun, we had everything we needed and really felt at home and at peace. Mauva, who manages the villa, was always available and checked we were ok from time to time. The air fryer really came in handy too, but if you don’t feel like cooking there’s a place called the ocho ríos bullpen about 10min drive away- we LOVED their take on fish and chips! Would defo recommend and would defo stay here again. Thank you so much Sylvia & Mauva

The house was in a lovely location to experience the local culture. It is a friendly community of Vila’s with very friendly people. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to Batts Rock beach which is one of my favourite on the island. This villa is perfect to escape the high tourism of Holetown and Bridgetown.

I’ll definitely recommend Zenbreak’s listing to anyone,House was very nice with comfortable bed and have enough space for everyone to move around .the Host are very helpful as well,my group agreed we will definitely return to Barbados and stay at your property.Thanks for having us.

We have just returned home from 6 fabulous weeks at this gorgeous house. From pre booking enquiries to check out both Michelle and the house manager Sonya have been quick to respond, attentive, accommodating and easy to approach. Sonya checked in with us regularly throughout our stay which was greatly appreciated, and we really felt that both were genuinely invested in us enjoying every aspect of the house and our stay in Barbados. The house is in a quiet residential area of Oistins which we wanted and very conveniently situated for all our trips out. We did hire a car but we also enjoyed walking into Oistins and to the local brewery and variety shore/rum shop. Nothing was too much trouble for Michelle or Sonya and they contributed greatly to our very happy stay in Barbados Thank you both and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property

This is our second stay at Karen's place and we have absolutely loved it. It has felt like a home from home and we find the energy of the place so uplifting and so peaceful. This beautiful villa is a short walk away from breathtaking beaches, glorious sunsets and friendly bars. We truly wouldn't want to stay anywhere else and Karen is absolutely wonderful to communicate is; as is Crystal the villa's lovely agent. Thank you Karen for another unforgettable holiday xx

An absolutely perfect stay. Will definitely be returning to The Pink House! Check In: Seamless. Sent lockbox code before check-in time, opened to access key. The house: clean, organized, nice and bright. You will feel safe and secure. The upstairs bedroom and patio were fantastic. Real King bed was comfortable. Great A/C. Comfy hotel-style white bed sheets. Lots of closet space. Ensuite bathroom is bright and clean. Shower very nice. Kitchen has everything you need. It works. Sitting room is cozy enough. Back deck and plunge pool are the stars of the show. Indeed they were as amazing as they look! Spent much of our trip using it, sunny most of the day. Beach, while coral-y, does the trick! Nice sandy beaches to enjoy nearby.
