I can’t say enough great things about this listing! Our family had the absolute best time while staying. We traveled with 4 little ones and had so much peace of mind with water safety with the precautions they put into place. The location was absolutely perfect as well with just a 5 minute walk or 1 minute golf cart ride to the beach! The hosts were so kind and responsive as well. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone considering it.

Great location and area! You can walk over to Sandos for a quick coffee run. The area is safe and quiet. Instructions shared were very clear and helpful! Enjoyed having a washer/dryer and the pickleball courts. Dish soap, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and trash bags available for use. Super easy check out!

My wife, kids and I had a blast! Having the golf cart available made it a fantastic stay! Taking rides at night, early mornings and just getting out and about to explore was probably the best part. Would absolutely stay again, and plan on it!

Such a beautiful home and our family enjoyed our stay. Not only was the house clean and welcoming but there was lots to do in the community and it was quiet, peaceful, and close to the beach. Bradford super helpful and accommodating, he was very friendly, polite and flexible we appreciate all he did to make our stay top tier. We would love to stay again at this beautiful home and when we return to Destin this will be our first choice!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our 3 day stay! We tought everything was put well together. Clean and cluttered free. We'll be coming back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michelle's place. She was very responsive when we contacted her. The location was nice. My 7 year old daughter and her little cousin really enjoyed the area we were at. They had a great time playing in the sand that was right out in front of our door. That was a plus to me too. The beach was in walking distance and they also have a community pool that the girls enjoyed. If we're in this area, this will be the place to stay for us. Thanks Michelle for the stay.

Fabulous location for a long weekend at Fort Walton Beach. Very easy to walk to the public beach access from the boardwalk directly behind the house. Lots of restaurants and things to do super convenient to the home. It didn’t take us longer than 15 minutes to get anywhere. The house itself was adorable, very clean, and had everything we needed for a nice stay! Chanell was such a great communicator the entire time. Directions were crystal clear and easy to understand! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, the place is really close to everything, a lots of restaurants, attractions and even Walmart.

This condo is so close to the beach. We used the beach umbrella and chairs that were provided by the host. But for $30 there is a beach service that will set up chairs for you. We stayed here with two kids. We enjoyed the pool and pickle ball courts as well. I booked this condo last minute because our original place cancelled unexpectedly. I was a little disappointed by the view when I arrived because the bay is pretty far away and our original place had a ocean view. On our last night we were surprised by a firework show on the bay. You could not ask for a better view of the fireworks. It was the perfect way to top off our trip. Tip: Walk to the jetty and take a right. Keep walking till you get to the next beach. That is where boats take their guests for snorkeling tours. So many fish and a great place for kids as long as you don't go out too far because it gets deep quickly.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, well-kept, and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. The check-in process was smooth, and the host provided clear communication throughout. It was a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway — quiet, convenient, and comfortable. When traveling with 3 young boys adventure always awaits us parents. We had a long drive in and Julie was very accommodating to our arrival and check out times. When we arrived we found a beautiful condo with all the extras needed. The kitchen was stocked with all that is needed to prepare meals. Plus a wagon to help get all the goodies to the beach. Julie’s communication throughout it all was beyond 5 star. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. After a bad host experience at our last Air BnB in New Mexico, Julie made me have faith again. I will definitely be staying at her place again. Thank you so much Julie from the bottom of my heart.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place felt incredibly homey and welcoming. Everything was spotless, with plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The beds were super comfortable, with soft sheets and great pillows that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The location was fantastic, with easy beach access, and I loved having a balcony overlooking the beach. It was also great having a dining room table and a large island in the kitchen, which made meals really convenient. The only downside was that the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Well-equipped for a beach stay. They furnish everything you will need...wagon, chairs, towels, toys, and more. Communication was great. They have carts to haul your luggage/stuff up & down to your room. Restaurant right next door if you are too tired to go out. Several restaurants just right down the road too. Close walk to the beach. Nice pool. Great place, highly recommend. I have stayed in many and they know how to Airbnb!

Host was wonderful. Ken was very attentive and check-in through check-out was extremely smooth. They have a beautiful place that we enjoyed thoroughly. Ken is the most responsive host I’ve ever met.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, easy to find, and close to many restaurants. My grandchildren loved the turtles in the lake behind the house!!

Our stay at this condo was lovely! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was having the convenience of a boat lift and being so close to Crab Island—it made our trip even more enjoyable. The management team was accessible and responsive to our needs throughout the stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved staying here! Right on the beach, we had a great spot to walk out to every day, it wasn’t too crowded at all, and it’s so nice to be able to walk back in for lunch! The condo was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect vacation spot at our favorite beach! 10/10 would stay again!!

This was hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed in Destin! We will definitely be coming back. The condo was very clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed. The balcony view was the best! We watched fireworks and harbor boats, yet it was quiet and peacefully tucked away from the crowd. Very relaxing!

Our host was very nice and great at communicating. Everything she did on her part was great. We didn't enjoy the area as much as we thought we would but that is more of a personal preference. Some office staff were very polite but the workers on the beach were rude and off putting. Maybe a rough day in the sun, I'm not sure. Either way, thank you Rindy for opening your home up to us. It has a beautiful view and I appreciate the little touches to make it feel like our own place.

When you visit Annie’s place, enjoy a glass of wine or cozy cup of coffee with their stunning view of the bay only a few footsteps out the back doors. Immaculate gardens and lawn greet you upon arrival. This is the most well stocked home I have ever rented. Tons of activities indoor and outdoor to keep kiddos of all ages entertained. Luxury indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. This place is lovely whether you want to relax or play. Communication with the hostess was prompt and thoughtful. We never wanted to leave! We were exhausted from a long day of driving followed by a few hours enjoying the sand and waves of Destin. This place is on our list for the next time we happen to pass through this area. Thanks Perry
