Everythings good. But air conditioner is not working very well and fan’s in a rooms are not enough to cool down the room. Very close to shops, restaurants, bakery, post etc. Full equiped apartment:) We can recommend:)

Very nice apartment very close to the sea. Super clean and had almost everything we needed - could have used a small fan to get cold air to the bedrooms (Neven probably had one if we had asked). Really a nice experience- will definitely come back 😊

Neven and Gordana are the most welcoming hosts we have come across. Neven will help with local advice, and is a lovely guy. Makes you feel very welcome and at home. The apartment has a lovely shaded verandah overlooking their beautiful garden and the sea which is metres from their front gate. We had four nights with them before moving on to a fancy pants hotel as planned, and I wish we had simply stayed with them the entire time. Sea, verandah, food in fridge, gracious hosts, what more do you need?

Zažili jsme tu moc hezký týden. Ubytování je vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi vzhledem k dětskému koutku, který je dobře vybavený. Blízká pláž není vhodná pro koupání s malými dětmi, ale pár minut autem od ubytování je spousta krásných pláží s pozvolným vstupem do moře. Hostitelka byla velice milá a vstřícná. Děkujeme za moc pěkný pobyt.

Andreja odezwała się do nas dzień przed przyjazdem w jaki sposób zamierzamy do niej dotrzeć. Zaproponowała, ze nas odbierze z lotniska, co było ogromnym ułatwieniem. Powiedziala nam wszystko o Trogirze: gdzie są pkaże, jak się komunikować do starego miasta, gdzie zjeść. Andreja była na miejscu (piętro wyżej) przez cały pobyt (mieliśmy osobne wejście). Dzięki temu czuliśmy się bardzo bezpiecznie. Zaproponowała nam wymianę ręczników w trakcie pobytu. Komunikacja przebiegała bez najmniejszego problemu - Andreja bardzo dobrze mówi po angielsku. Dom jest położony kilka minut pieszo od plaży Rožac.

We enjoyed the stay in the apartment for one month and really felt like home. Hosts are very nice and friendly, they greeted us well and showed us everything despite of our late arrival. The hosts also provided us with everything we needed for a stay. Quiet location in the end of the lane without passers-by is great for those, looking for some privacy. We loved spending warm summer evening at the terrace in the beautiful garden. The apartment is spacious for the family of 4 adults, baby and 🐱.The kitchen is well-equipped, bathrooms are just renovated. For families with little children, this apartment is fantastic—it's safe for a crawling baby, soundproof, and equipped with blinds. Having washing machine was helpful as we had lot of laundry daily. The beach is just 10 minutes slow walk with a manageable incline. We are incredibly grateful for the hospitality and friendly attitude that made our stay awesome. We loved our stay here! This apartment has everything you could need. Perfect place for very enjoyable moments. We loved the private terrace which is perfect for some morning yoga or late dinner under the stars. There is also a SUP paddleboard which is amazing to take for a ride in the early mornings on the crystal blue waters. What are you waiting for book your stay here now!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Es ist zwar ca 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt aber dafür ruhig. Es war immer sehr schön abends noch ein paar Schritte zu gehen. Auf Grund von Verspätung sind wir sehr spät angekommen, google war verwirrend aber Anita war auch so spät noch für uns da und es war eigentlich kein Problem das zu finden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir würden wiederkommen. Danke und Liebe Grüße

Vi hadde noen fantastiske dager på terrassen og leiligheten til Ivana. Det føltes litt som å være med i «Mamma Mia» da vi åpnet døren og gikk ned mot stranden som ligger 20 sekunder unna. Ubeskrivelig vakkert både Strand område og terrasse som skjermet for innsyn.. Leiligheten var sjarmerende, og med et utekjøkken på terrassen som var helt perfekt for oss. Kommunikasjonen med Ivana var god. Hun svarte raskt og prøvde å fikse det vi spurte om. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Das Haus entsprach perfekt der Beschreibung ... Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt... Podstrana ist ein perfekter Ort, um Ruhe und schöne Landschaft zu finden. Der Strand ist perfekt zu 5-10 min zu Fuß zuerreichen. Sind als eine Familie mit klein Kindern verreist. Das Haus ist kinderfreundlich und sehr sauber. Es ist an alles gedacht. Ich kann dieses Haus und Damira wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Dujes Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und am Pool kann man entspannen und den schönen Ausblick genießen. Duje und seine Mama sind so gastfreundlich und herzensgute Menschen. Beide sind jederzeit bereit gute Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung zu geben. Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage - ruhig, aber man ist zu Fuß schnell am Strand und im Zentrum. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!! Wir werden die beiden sehr vermissen

The house is very cozy, clean and tastefully decorated. Marija is a great hostess, very warm and pleasant. We had the cottage in the immediate vicinity, yet always had our privacy. We usually saw each other briefly in the evening when we sat outside the cottage. We enjoyed talking about our excursions, for which Marija gave us great recommendations. We were able to contact Marija at any time if necessary. We only took advantage of this offer once, when we were missing a little something while cooking; she was standing in front of our door less than 5 minutes later. She also gave us fresh basil, which she picked for us in the garden, and a large bowl of her own peppers to go with our meal. Super nice! By the way: in the kitchen we found the finest olive oil (homemade of her family) which we were expressly allowed to use. We can recommend Marija and her apartment without reservation, we felt very comfortable and we will certainly not be the only ones. 😉

Foi ótima nossa estadia no espaço de Vinko. Fica a uns 15/20 min de ônibus do centro de split, o apartamento tem tudo o que você precisa, bem conveniente. O anfitrião era solícito e ofereceu instruções bem claras. Recomendo!

Ivan was a fantastic host - the place is great for a larger group and a relatively cheap Uber into town. Ivan went above and beyond as a host taking us into town on a few occasions. Highly recommend very well air conditioned

We had a great time staying at Rose’s in Podstrana. The living area was immaculate as well as very well equipped. The shared facilities (gym, laundry, jacuzzi, pool) were also in great condition and came in handy. We will be back 100%. Thank you Rose and the rest of the family! 🌞

It is safe to say this is the best Airbnb experience we've ever had (and we've had a lot). Hosts were very welcoming, friendly and flexible and were very detailed in their check-in instructions. Beach and restaurant recommendations were provided and we were very happy with these. The house itself is spacious, the bedrooms are on two separate floors and the whole place is beautifully decorated. The yard is very cozy, we enjoyed our morning coffee there and also had a relaxing time in the jacuzzi at night. We definitely recommend Nikola's place to anyone who's looking for a stay in one of Split's most gorgeous areas. Thanks for everything!
