The apartment is situated in the top floor of a house located in a beautiful and very peaceful part of island Čiovo,only 10 meters from the sea with private beach.Image of shower,sun beds,sun umbrellas for guests only.Possible to tie up the boat in front of the beach. The advantages are that it owns the private beach in front of the house with sun beds and sunshades,children playground, big terrace (50m2) with a beautiful open sea view,parking place and garage are right in front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped and modern. It contains: two bedrooms, two bathroom ,apartment has a SMART TV in the living room and LCD TV in the bedrooms, a large living room, fully-equipped kitchen with dining room, fireplace and is equipped with several air conditioning, Internet access (WIFI) and satellite televisions.Back of the house there is a large barbecue table and chairs and a playground for children. Distance from the market is 300m, big sandy beach with lot's of bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes by car and it takes only 10 minutes driving to town Trogir.Nearest restaurant is 10 minutes walk from the apartment by the guests (for example, airport and road)We offer car rental service. Villa Marin is situated in the first row by the sea. Pool is 8x4x1,4 meters. You can enjoy beautiful blue sea from all rooms. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.

Charming moderm house with the new swimming pool - CHLORINE FREE :-) . Nice, newly renovated apartment on top flor in the house with excellent wiew on the sea and the islands. Beside the beautiful terrace there is a newly built swimming pool in. The apartment Maya 2. is located 3 kilometers from historycal center of Trogir, and 10 kilometers from the airport. UNESCOs citys Split and Trogir are very close to House and National park Krka is only 30 kilometer distance from apartman.
