Cozy Studio! Walk to NW Crossing and Shevlin Park

Cozy, soft decor fill this light, bright studio with a private entrance. Shevlin Park and Phil's Trail are minutes away for hiking, running, and mountain biking. Mt. Bachelor is a short 30 minute drive for skiing in the winter and downhill biking in the summer. Smith Rock is a 45 minute drive for hiking and climbing enthusiasts. Shopping and dining are within walking distance at NW Crossing or a a short drive to the Old Mill or Downtown Bend. Mesh Network Wifi, coffee, tea and snacks provided.

Laverne is a one bedroom historic cottage tucked in between two larger houses, with access from both Georgia Ave and Lava Road. Unique for it's proximity to downtown AND the peaceful residential feel. Mature landscaping with heritage cherry tree, private and sheltered bungalow. Outdoor space includes private deck and hot tub with views; small enclosed front yard. Full kitchen, washer/dryer. Queen Casper in the tiny bedroom. Sleeper sofa in living room. Great natural light. Custom built 400 sq ft studio apartment. Brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful tiled shower, flat screen TV, and sleeping for 4 with queen bed and pull out sofa bed. Less than a mile to Old Mill shopping district and 2 blocks to the Deschutes River for beautiful nature walks, jogging, or summer floating. Easy access to Mount Bachelor being less than half a mile to Century Drive, the road to Bachelor. Only 1.9 miles to historic downtown Bend. (We approve 1 night stays upon request).

Newly built mid century ranch has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with a king sized hide-a-bed in the large living area. Home is 4 blocks from Newport Market and a 10-15 minute walk into downtown Bend. Just walk a couple of blocks down the hill and you'll be on Newport Ave, where you can enjoy many of Bend's west side favorite restaurants and coffee shops. This architectural home features an open floor plan with high ceilings, towering windows and quality finishes throughout.

Maxwell House is a two bedroom apartment available for rent, each with king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. There is a kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, toaster oven & more. Enjoy a private patio and barbecue and just a 5 minute walk to the river! There is currently a longer term guest staying in the daylight basement of my home with her well-trained and behaved dog. He is cautious of new people at first, but warms up quickly.

Our Bungalow has easy access to Mt. Bachelor, Bend's famous mountain bike trails, one mile from OSU Cascades, very near Old Mill shopping and dining, and easy access to downtown Bend, also. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the comfy bed, and private access to your space. The Bungalow is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our neighborhood pool is open May through August.
