We had a lovely stay at Galleon Beach! The location is secluded enough that you can really slow down and relax, while close enough to English Harbour if you feel inclined to go out for dinner or find a cozy dockside bar. Feel like staying in? The Loose Cannon restaurant is also steps from the front door and the cottage has a small kitchen as well. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of rum punch - such a nice touch! The room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff (Talia and Jewel) were very helpful in offering restaurant and excursion recommendations as well. The unit is also a short walk from amazing hiking trails leading up to Shirley Heights and the Southernmost Point of Antigua and Barbuda, with the stunning Hercules Pillars right around the corner.

We had a wonderful time in Andrews Sugar Cottage. It is very nice cottage in a calm setting surrounded by a green garden and jungle sounds. We didnt meet him or his assistant in person but the communication and service was flawless - we were even greeted with a fruit basket and a starter pack, thanks! We enjoyed the big terrace a lot and are already looking back to evenings just waiting for the sun to go down and listening to the island sounds. There is also the lovely house dog Mango - very friendly and attentive. There are also other dogs in this area so there is some barking going on during the day. Be aware of the mosquitos and get used to carry the provided mosquito bats along. You will also need a car to get to all the beaches, restaurants and sights. We highly recommend the cottage for people who want to stay away from the big resorts and feel more like a local. We loved it and would definitely book again. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Cammile’s place. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and always accessible. There was even a moment when I thought I misplaced my key late at night, and she responded quickly and calmly, which I truly appreciated as a first-time Airbnb guest. The location is one of the biggest highlights, it’s right in the centre of the island, so getting around was a breeze. Most places I wanted to visit were only about a 30-minute drive away, which made exploring super convenient. The space itself was clean, quiet, and peaceful, with no disturbance from neighbors. Both Cammile and her daughter were respectful of my privacy, yet responsive whenever I reached out for assistance or information. The value for money was definitely there. I felt right at home. Thank you.

I enjoy this location. This was my son’s first time traveling to the island so it was a very good experience for us. We will definitely be back. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Flo and Oana, you guys are awesome! We would give more than 5 stars if possible. Our stay at Flo and Oana’s villa was amazing and we loved every second of it. Flo and Oana are super friendly and will help you with anything you need, including Oana’s helpful guidebook for the island. The location and it’s view are gorgeous, really quiet and also clean, with new furniture. It’s very close to Jolly Harbor and 3-4 very good beaches (4-5 minutes drive) + very good restaurants. The mosquito net in the bedroom is really a plus and we didn’t even use the A.C because of the ceiling fans. This island is absolutely breathtaking. Would come back at Flo and Oana’s villa in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spacious, spotless, and felt just like home. The AC worked perfectly and kept the entire space nice and cool, which was a huge plus during these summer days. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the layout made it easy to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—quick to reply and made sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free experience!

This was our home away from home for one month, it is close to Morris bay for swimming and to watch the sunset. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet. Chrissy who lives in the downstairs front apartment helps with taking care of the property. The kitchen has mostly everything you need, a full sized new fridge too. The beds are super comfortable and there is plenty of towels which are soft and thick, 2 beach towels too. The smart TV works great. They supply a starter pack of paper towels and toilet paper, and coffee filters. Bring your own spices. The closest big grocery store is jolly harbor which is about a 10-15 minute drive. There’s a few local small shops on the main road for essential items you may need. We had a rental car for exploring. Careful driving, lots of cows, goats. (Especially in the early evening) they roam around the neighborhood too! There’s an ice cream shop on the main road right down the street that has the best ice cream I’ve ever had. We’ll be back!
