Apartment holiday rentals in Old Town Scottsdale

If you’re coming from out of town and want to park your car and not have to drive anywhere this is the spot! We were walking distance from downtown Scottsdale and able to walk to all of the Scottsdale clubs and bars. Sprouts and Starbucks is right next-door as well. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

We had a fantastic stay in Scottsdale at Roger & Matty's place. It had everything we needed for a little remote-work-getaway in AZ, and the location is perfect for accessing all that the area has to offer. We were able to ride our bikes into old town, drive out to different paddleboarding spots, and a few quick ubers into Phoenix for nightlife activities. Everything was just as described, and the condo has pretty much everything you could need as far as kitchen & bathroom are concerned -- we especially loved all the spices in the cabinet, and the little blender for afternoon smoothies! The only thing I might have liked to know in advance is that the pool isn't really conducive for much... no loungers, not a lot of space, and nowhere to hang out... not sure what the purpose of it actually is, but I would say if a great pool is high on your priorities list, this one might not do it for you. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Had a small problem with the thermostat. I texted Evan and he had someone out to fix it within 2 hours. Was a great weekend in Scottsdale thanks to a super responsive host!

My stay at this home was definitely 5 stars. The house: The house was really nice. it was secluded while not being hidden. it was easy to feel at home and it was beautiful. the beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed it. The location: The location is by a circle k, Sonic and other restaurants. very walkable, me and my friends constantly walked to the surrounding businesses to eat or get snacks. we did not see anyone suspicious or out of place walking around and felt safe. Bonuses: The house came with a lot of bonuses that other listings wouldn't provide. I had a dedicated parking space under a canopy, which was right outside of the house so we could keep an eye on our car. The pool, gym and clubhouse was also great if your crew enjoy and have time for such. The host: Angeleena and her team were very responsive when I asked a question and properly communicated with me. I would like to thank Angeleena for opening up the home to us.

For a first time being in Arizona this spot was perfect. I love the kitchen opened up to the living room so you can watch tv while cooking if you wanted to. The bathroom was nice. The bedroom was comfortable. Most of all loved the washer and dryer in the apartment (if you know the struggle of laundromat’s you know). The host were very attentive and i loved that they had activities you can pay to do. Overall they made my boyfriend and I experience great and would definitely book again :)

The place looks exactly like the pictures and everything is as described. Location is great with many restaurants nearby. Hosts are very kind and responsive. The only minus thing about this place would be the soundproofing but overall is great! I definitely recommend booking this home.

Joe’s place offered so much value and activities to enjoy. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and spices to do so. The living room offered cozy seating and plenty of board games/playing cards. Also the tennis/pickleball court is very close to the unit, as well as the pool and hot tub. It is also walking distance to a few fun bars and restaurants. Roadrunner Lounge, RT O’Sullivan’s, and Carlsbad Tavern are worth checking out. Night Owl is a short drive and has great pizza. To sum it up, Joe was an incredible host who offers a perfect place to stay!

The place was perfect! It was comfortable and had a lot of amenities. The condo was clean and spacious. Julia and Billy were very proactive, responsive, and friendly. The neighbors were friendly. I don't have one complaint. I will be visiting Phoenix regularly and will book this place again if it is open.

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

the place was great! hopefully it will be available next time I'm in phx. Oh, and it DID have hot water, not sure why but hot water was listed in the amenities it did not include

The place was great and so was the host. Nicole was prompt in getting back to me about my concerns and was very friendly. The place was just like in the pictures. I had a lovely time!

Vinman's place is located within walking distance to downtown...PERFECT LOCATION. felt like a "Melrose Place".shared courtyard was cool as it gave you interaction with others easily. 2 suggestions is the blinds need replaced( for privacy-especially bedroom) and you might add to instructions on ck in that "it's the stand alone building to the LEFT of the main entrance at SOPHIA( behind the tall hedges)...other than that FANTASTIC PLACE! highly recommend! Due to road closures, unclear instructions, been late at night and fatigue, it did take a while to find the right building. Once we did, we have a great time! We enjoyed the pool and the patio area. The apartment was clean. It is located within walking distance of the market, coffee shop, gas station and the entertainment district, between other businesses. We truly recommend staying here!

I would definitely recommend if you're in the area. It was absolutely perfect for a short trip, and I'm sure would be great for a longer stay!

Not only a great location that’s walkable to the day or nightlife but a nice place with amenities. Has reserved parking and easy access in and out without trouble. Very restful, well set up, and comfortable stay during our trip to Phoenix. We loved how convenient it was for spending time at the pool, walking to pick up groceries, and walking along the greenway watching all the birds. Definitely recommend taking a stroll over the bridge for tacos at Okay Maguey's (so good we went 3x), checking out the Desert Botanical Gardens, and going to the Musical Instrument Museum. My favorite was lounging by the pool beside the blooming jasmine and hibiscus flowers under the clear blue sky! Anni was super friendly and helpful. Perfect little getaway spot for two :)

We really enjoy staying at Joseph’s place! He’s a great Host & very receptive to guests. We LOVE everything about his “hip & chic” condo!😍 It’s so unique & even better in person, just feels like home w/ a big, cozy couch & color changing firebox, beneath a huge flat screen TV. The older complex is well maintained w/ beautifully manicured grounds, a large inviting pool & separate hot tub area. It’s an awesome location near Old Town Scottsdale & we had a blast walking to the quaint shops, pubs & restaurants.🍻This was our 2nd time & we’re already planning our next visit:)😊😎 Thank you Joe for sharing your gem w/ us!!🙌
