Suitable for couples, families or friends offers the opportunity to accommodate two extra guest on the sofa bed. The advantage is also of being close to the market, supermarket, bus stop and main bus station, rent a car/scooters/bicycles, bars and restaurants.

This stunning apartment became a ruin after the 1979 earthquake and after 42 years it's been given back the charm and character that adds to the charisma of Kotol Old Town. The apartment is located near the back entrance where there was once a swing bridge that was used to service the old town homes , restuarants and hotels. The apartment is close to great restaurants, pubs and within walking distance to beaches ,shops and public transport. A real gem that will not disappoint you.

It has one bedroom and one bathroom, it has also living room and kitchen which is fully equipped and has the dishes you need. A restaurant and a shopping centre "Kamelija" are both within only 250 m from the Emma Apartment. It has private parking place as well as private entrance.
