Apartment holiday rentals in Olhos de Água

Quarterfeira is easy to find from the Airport, I hired a car and drove, it took about 35 mins. It is a touriust destination for sure but I was there in late May and the season was not fully underway so it was pretty quiet on the beaches and always a table in the local restaurants. The apartment is situated right at the end of the main promenade by a square which has a great little restaurant/bar on it. Turn right out of the door and you can walk into town which is full of markets, bars and so on, but turning left takes you down to the other beach, which is much less built up, no deck chairs and stuff like that, more natural. I preferred that side to the sunbeds and parasols side, but either way you have the choice. Mornings are beautiful, it gets hot in the afternoon and the A/C was perfect for that. The kitchen was great and I made a few meals. Getting in and out of Quarterfeira by car is super easy and I did a bit of driving around which I really enjoyed. Definitely a great stay!!!

lovely apartment that is so well equipped. The location is great, close to a supermarket, restaurants and bars and beautiful walks to the local beaches. Really comfortable, safe and peaceful place with great pool and plenty of parking.

We loved the house. It is well located and as mentioned, a very nice beach is a short walk from the Airbnb. In addition, the pool for us represented a plus. It is also very well maintained, which is inviting, and in addition, the three times we went there, there was no one. Regarding the accommodation, it was very clean, quite large and safe. We highly recommend it.

We had a fabulous month at Jef’s place. The apartment was extremely well equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen allowing us to cook most days; we could cast our own programmes to the smart TV; the apartment was very comfortable and homely. Jef was brilliant - great instructions before arrival, a warm welcome and local recommendations, and immediately responsive to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The apartment was in a great location in Quartiera - 50 yards to the local bakery and a short walk further to the nearest supermarket. The beach was a short walk away and everything we could have wanted was within easy reach. We found a parking space nearby every day. Thank you Jef for a relaxing and very enjoyable and comfortable respite from an English winter.

Overall this place was amazing, great location if your OK walking 10/15 minutes to Old town, equally close to the Marina and some amazing views. The apartment itself was all you need and more, very clean and easy to access, the pool and loungers were never too busy. We will definitely consider booking here again!

Ines met us personally as we arrived and brought us to the apartment. It was spotless clean and exactly as it appeared online. There was plenty of linen and towels. The apartment is really well equipped with kitchen utensils, and everything you'd need for a long stay, including numerous television stations and wifi. The location was very convenient to facilities like a supermarket, hairdressers and beauty parlour which were very close. There is a beautiful beach within 10 mins walk from the apartment which has a lovely beach bar. There are numerous swimming pools at the Balaia club and all are really well maintained and clean, as is the rest of the resort. It was a very relaxing stay.

Maura our host was really helpful and responded to all queries. She welcomed us at the arranged arrival time and talked us through everything we needed to know. The apartment was really lovely and spotlessly clean. Maura provided a list of recommendations such as places to visit and local restaurants and welcomed us with a selection of local produce. We would thoroughly recommend.

we had a wonderful time away in Olhos d' Agua staying in Magdalena 's beautiful 2 bedroom apartment , The kitchen is very well equipped ,The apartment is spacious with 2 balconies which catch the late afternoon and evening sun ..the accommodation is a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The hosts Magdalena and Jeff are on hand and only to happy to help made your holiday enjoyable as possible...

This is a great place to stay, the apartment is lovely. You can walk into Ferragudo with lovely restaurants cafes and beaches. Parking is easy . Friendly neighbourhood. Great

Place was great, clean tidy and had an amazing stay. Great location for the town. 10-15 minute walk from the beach which was great for us as it was quiet in the evenings. Just an advisory, it is a steep walk up from the beach. No problem for us, but just to note if you struggle with hills. Will certainly be back in the future!

Great apartment with a beautiful view – 10/10. 😍It is small, but very practical and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it is within walking distance of most things, so it is easy to get around

Natalia treated us exquisitely, even before our arrival, and we booked only 24 hours before. He responded quickly to the questions that arose before I finished the reservation, and I really appreciated that. She gave us flexibility with the arrival time, and sent us instructions on how to check in, and yet we had to call her and she was very kind to us. The accommodation on our arrival was equipped as we expected, clean and there in the living room you have a basket with a lot of recommendations for both gastronomy and experiences. The development is super quiet, the pool is spectacular. We've only been here for a weekend, but we're delighted. It'll be another of those accommodations that we'll save in case life allows us to return. I'm sure we'd stay here again. Thank you Natalia 😍

Paulo’s place is a good apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was located outside but still close to touristic areas, restaurants etc. You can easily spend more than a week here. His space was spacious and well-equipped place. We enjoyed ourselves and can recommend! :)

It was a charming accommodation. It was big for two people and we felt comfortable right away. Communication was easy. All in all, we were very please.

I absolutely loved my stay here. They have done such a good job with the design. WiFi is lightening fast and the welcome package was a great touch. It’s nice to be in an Airbnb where people care about the experience rather than automated checkins and bare minimum in the house. The balcony is perfect to sit out on morning and night. The pool is lovely and other residents are friends as well. Would highly recommend. My only regret is having to leave

I can’t praise/recommend this property and Susana as our host enough, we were a group of 4 female friends travelling for a long weekend break away, from fantastic communication to flexible check in times, spotlessly clean apartment and complex, great accessories provided including pool towels and umbrella, everything is as described, the pictures do not do it justice, the apartment is much bigger than you expect with 2 balconies each side catching sunrise and sunset. We walked downhill to the marina and local supermarket/bar & restaurant and easily ordered Ubers back up to the complex, only costing a couple of Euros. An Uber into Old Town is just as easy to order costing approx 7€. The complex is very secure with gated/key access, it is quiet and respectful with a security guard walking round day and evening. We have had a fantastic trip and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Susana again, thank you so much.

We stayed in the condo for the month of March. Communication from the time we booked the place and the time we checked out was friendly, prompt and always pleasant. Miguel was there when we arrived and always available if we needed to reach out. He even offered to find us when we got lost, our Waze was having problems connecting. We later learned my husband forget to allow cellular on his phone, once we got past this we had no issues getting around. The condo was well equipped and very clean. There was a bottle of wine and some delicious cookies waiting for us. The place is beautiful in a safe and quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. The outside areas at the condo, both front and back are beautiful and well maintained with plenty of outside furniture. If you book this place you will not be disappointed. Thanks Miguel, you made visiting Portugal a wonderful experience.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, photos were accurate. We had an issue with the toaster and it was replaced within hours. Overall exceeded expectations and I will return.

Great stay at Sara’s! She was super helpful especially with our last minute request. The accommodation was clean, homely and in perfect condition. Very accessible to a young family like ourselves. The apartment is on the ground floor so easy access with the pram. The accommodation also allows for use for the hotel pool across the road which is fantastic. Would recommend staying here.

This is truly a 5 star airbnb, located in Albufeira and walking distance to the main entertainment strip in the city. This airbnb is essentially a luxury condo, with a beautiful layout, lots of kitchen utensils, a beautiful balcony, and great attention to detail. Célia was responsive, and the instructions provided along the way (such as for checking in and checking out) were very clear. The automated blinds are a nice touch. I would highly recommend this airbnb if you're looking for a quality place in Albufeira.
