It is fully furnished for a short or long stay, with a great outside area, and with all local commerce and transports under 5 min walk. Your house if you'd like to experience Lisbon life in a traditional and residential neighborhood, but close enough to the city historical center (under 20 min by subway).

Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Lissabon oder in die Umgebung sehr gut gelegen. Busse und Bahnen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch Geschäfte sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe und in der Rua Cândida dos Reis, die zum Fährhafen führt, gibt es einige sehr nette Restaurants/Cafés. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und durchdacht mit allem ausgestattet, was man so brauchen könnte und nicht unbedingt auf Reisen mitnehmen möchte (Bügeleisen/kleines Bügelbrett zum Beispiel😅). John Nicolas ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, der schnell auf aufkommende Fragen antwortet. Die schönste Zugabe für mich in Almada - unbedingt bei Sonnenuntergang zum River Garden gehen und die tolle Aussicht auf Lissabon, Ponte 25 de Abril und Cristo Rei genießen.

Teresa was a very good host and her offering was exactly what I needed. She was very responsive, offered good advice on the local community and checked in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. The living area was cozy and clean, and overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

Frederico and Maria were so friendly and responsive, they personally greeted me and helped me settle in with a tour of the place. I felt very safe and with their list of recommendations, I was able to make my short stay worthwhile. The room was spacious and the whole house smelled wonderful. I would love to stay again!

Good location; close to metro, supermarket, and free parking just across the street if you come by car. The only thing we didn’t know was that the dryer makes a whistling sound while operating; I didn’t know that until the next day when I used it myself and had a restless sleep the night before due to the sound. Hence, would be ideal if you can talk to the other guests to not use it at night time if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that, everything was fine.

Mr. Armando told me the first day he wanted his guests to have the best possible experience in both Lisbon and his place, and everything he did proved how committed he is to this goal. I stayed at his place for little over a month doing research and at every chance he had he offered me helpful and valuable advice on how to move around the city, where to look for anything I needed and asked me if there was something else he could do to make my stay better. Many times these conversations came with a cup of coffee. Staying with Mr. Armando was definitely one of the best parts of my whole trip to Lisbon and I would totally recommend it to anyone who wants to stay at a pretty, pristine clean, comfortable, quiet and well connected place with a respectful and caring person. Without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had.

Emilia was great! Communication was excellent as she is very responsive and if i had questions she was more than happy to help. The space was pristine and clean, well located with well connected bus routes and Uber pickup areas. There’s a mall super near in case you need to get your basics. I definitely recommend!
