Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Olive

We had a great stay at BorisRungcheewan’s place. Check-in was easy, and the hosts sent us all the necessary information well in advance. The only minor challenge was finding the house—it’s set back from the road and located at the top of a long, steep driveway. I can imagine that arriving for the first time in the dark could be a bit tricky. The house itself was just as advertised: very private and quiet. The interior was comfortably furnished, and we especially appreciated the fireplace and the Bluetooth speaker. The two full bathrooms were also nice . The hot tub was easy to use, although a few of the jets didn’t seem to be working. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, plates, and glasses. The house is about 15 minutes from the Woodstock area and the nearest grocery store, so we’d recommend stopping to pick up any necessary provisions before checking in. Overall, we would absolutely return to BorisRungcheewan’s place for another stay.

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. Our family had an incredible time at Christie’s “mountain house” (as our kids called it). The short walk to the river was priceless and we enjoyed the fire pit every night. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

This is a great place to stay. We had eight adult men staying for a healing weekend and everyone had their own room. Location is fantastic, views gorgeous, and the amenities were thoughtfully appointed.

We were extremely pleased with Shinto and his house. The house and the surrounding area were more beautiful than the pictures could capture. Shinto was a very accommodating and I couldn’t ask for a better host. Will definitely be returning asap!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

A very lovely place to stay! The description matched the place exactly. We enjoyed spending a lot of time outside on the deck bird watching and even saw some fish jumping in the river. The property is also very private which was a huge plus -- no visible neighbors in any direction while spending time outside. Seth was a very responsive host and did a great job with the design of the house. There were lots of thoughtful touches that made the stay extra nice. Would love to stay again!

If you're looking for a place to stay for a week or weekend away in the Catskils with friends or family, Blue Heaven is the place for you. The home is large, private, beautifully maintained, and not far from plenty of activities in the area. The host Andrew is very kind and responsive and leaves very clear instructions about check in and check out. He also includes tips and recommendations to get the most out of your trip! No need to even leave the property with all the amenities this place has to offer, with a large yard, pool, family room, game room, large eat in kitchen, deck and grills. This place has it all! I highly recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed.

This was a lovely getaway, went up for Memorial Day Weekend and getting some nature in at Minnewaska state park, it was rainy this weekend so we ended up having more time at the house then planned but we were so cozy it was a delight, we had some empty tanks for the grill when we arrived but the hosts offered to reimburse us for the refuel which was very kind, also had a friend who left their jacket and keys and Kyle and Jasmine have been wonderful in helping them get it back! A great cozy stay, the ride up was scenic

The AK Lodge was perfect for our multi family, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Having private bathrooms in each bedroom was great. Justyna was very responsive and always answered any questions within minutes. We will defiantly be back.

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Jacks place. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding private property is stunning. Nicole was very helpful whenever I had any questions.

Great place for large groups, very comfortably fit all of us, and Dee was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend or stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The outdoor space was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed lounging by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The kids had a blast with the swing set and in the playroom. Just a heads-up: cell signal is limited in the area, but the WiFi worked well and kept us connected. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

We had a great time staying here! The house was clean and matched the description perfectly. It's the perfect place to stay to go skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer!

Yvette's home was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed here for 4 nights and had such a fun time. The house was beautiful and decorated so nicely, you can tell the owners really love their home. Stacy is a great communicator, her instructions and recommendations were easy to follow. Overall my friends and I had a great girls trip, I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Very cute and convenient stay. We had everything we needed and more. We would recommend this place to anyone desiring to get away and enjoy the Catskills.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, comfortable cabin by the river. We shopped in several of the cute shops, and had two delicious lunches, in town; we made breakfasts and dinners at the cabin. It’s a great spot by the river. Erica was friendly, attentive, and responded quickly when we had questions.

Such an awesome spot! BUT note this is a glampsite rather than a full house. The toilet is an outhouse (very clean, but make sure to duck to not hit your head), the shower is heated but it's outdoor, I didn't have soap or towels provided that I saw, and the bed is a tri-fold mattress that folds out onto the floor of the little A-frame. The wood fire hot tub was amazing, the fire pit is nice, there are two chairs included, parking is easy, there is good quality firewood here but bring something to light it with and start the burn. The sound of the running water is worth every penny. The cabin also is heated via some sort of gas, which does a great job and making the space feel cozy but I woke up with a pretty good sore throat. Not sure if that is a coincidence or if from the heater. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place! Just make sure the less earthy people in your group are not expecting a hotel room/house.

W’s place is great for a large family or group of friends looking for a getaway in a peaceful, private, retreat-like environment. The house has cozy Catskill cabin vibes with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms and a variety of different spaces to provide a large group with opportunities to spread out and find quiet nooks and crannies when needed. The beautiful wooded setting is perfect backdrop for all the amenities — wood fired hot tub and sauna plus cold plunge make the property feel like a private spa. It’s very easy to stay on the property for a full day without leaving, however there’s also an abundance of local adventures to be had — hiking, swimming, fishing etc. Great place for outdoor enthusiasts. W is responsive and helpful in his communications.

We used Caitlin’s cabin for our annual family get away with all the kids and it was PERFECT! Pool was amazing , great space and very private for the kids to run and play. Hiking trails with in walking distance. I can’t recommend this place enough and the hosts were fantastic and super helpful!!
