Our apartment was completely renovated in January 2024 and is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.

Our beautiful bright 2 room apartment offers enough space for 4 people. The area is in an optimal location with many stores & bars. Supermarkets are within walking distance and also the U2 is in 2 minutes. In addition, the Maxvorstadt is an art area with many museums and sights.
