A closed bedroom adjacent to the living room and a portable air conditioner installed at the window in summer. Close to places to visit, within walking distance of the Plateau and Jean Talon market. A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

Welcome to my little haven of creativity! Very quiet, no neighbors on the side, I live just below and will be there to assist you as needed. Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning. King bed, private terrace ideal for your small dinners/breakfasts in the sun, 5 min walk to subway, pharmacy and grocery store. 30 minutes by metro to the city center. Looking forward to it!
