Jolie maison à 10 min à pieds du centre ville, la maison bénéficie d'un bel ensoleillement et de calme en restant à proximité des attractions de Deauville-Trouville. Centre ville : 600 m Plage : 1400 m Gare de Trouville - Deauville : 900m L’accès aux étages se fait par un escalier étroit visible sur les photos (il est utile de le savoir) typique dans remises des anciennes boutiques parisiennes. We offer to host you in our Cotentin land and sea house located 200 m from the beach in a very quiet cul-de-sac. It is close to tourist attractions. The house is bright (south-facing). The grounds are fully enclosed to accommodate your four-legged friends. Beds are prepared on arrival, towels and tea towels are provided. During the heating season, we charge 40 euros per week. My accommodation is close to the beach and activities suitable for families. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Large enclosed garden. Linens and towels are provided. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and is available from April to September if the weather permits.
