Very nice quiet place with direct access to the sea and beach nearby. Secluded location but easy to access, the on-site employee Symab is very friendly and available. Small, very clean communal pool. Provide supplies as Fins does not have many shops or restaurants

Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

A villa is distinct in everything. It contains all things, 2 beds mixed, enough for 2 to 4 people and 2 single beds, and another in a fourth room. The place has great events, you can take advantage of, Comfortable housing is part of enjoyment and happiness

We booked very last minute and Arshad was very accommodating. He was very responsive to all our questions and very accommodating to any of our requests. We felt very at home and would gladly book again!

I wanted to stay thank you so much for the unrated service and hospitality, Hilal was very response and proactive he always was asking if we need any assistance or help. Place has great location where you can find all lifestyle excursions around you, City center and salalah airport are near by. Villa has awesome view with private pool and garden, Furniture is tidy and clean. House smell was ultimate.

Jokha was an incredibly accommodating host! When I first checked in the wifi wasn't working. She was very responsive and came over with her son to fix it. She also gave me some laundry soap to do a load of laundry. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean, and has a designated parking spot. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Talal’s flat in Muscat was more than just a holiday—it truly felt like a home away from home. From the very beginning, Talal stood out as an exceptional host, he is very communicative, kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. He was incredibly responsive to every message, whether we had a question, needed a recommendation, or just wanted to check in. His support made everything smooth and stress-free, and by the end of the trip, he felt more like a friend than a host. The flat itself exceeded our expectations. It is simply PERFECT! It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, totally furnished incredibly quiet,which is something essential for us. Everything we needed was provided, You can really tell that Talal has put care and thought into making his guests feel welcome. The location is also perfect: just a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Muscat and also ideally situated for exploring the city. We miss everything!We’re already looking forward to coming back

Lovely apartment, with beautiful decor located in Muscat’s The Wave community. Having Kempinsky, many restaurants and the beach nearby and walkable was the icing on the cake. Recommended for sure. Also owner was SUPER responsive and accommodate my requests.

This is by far one of the best Airbnb units in Muscat, it just has that clean and cozy feel to it. The location is central and literally minutes away from 2 major malls, the Azaiba beach (a 12 minute drive), Almouj (below 15 mins drive) and most of the usual hot spots of Muscat. Not to mention the nice cafe's, restaurants, super market and dry cleaners all within walking distance (5 mins max). You also get a parking spot in the basement which is a huge plus. Mehran is a true gentleman and is the most proactive host you will ever deal with. Was always happy to answer any questions I had and at any time of the day almost instantly. Thank you Mehran, I will be recommending this flat to all my friends and family that wish to visit Muscat.

Bader was an exceptional host, responding quickly to all my messages and ensuring everything went smoothly. The place was exactly as described in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for both short and long stays. Its prime location made exploring Muscat a breeze. Very clean and comfortable

very nice, clean, and spacious appartment. fully stocked with everything you need. Very fast and reliable Wi-Fi Internet. Excellent central air conditioning for each room. Private covered car park with card access. Main door access to building by card. 5 start like hotel lifts (golden cladding) very shiny clean. Flat shares access door with the Millennium resort so you can use hotel restaurants, and tour operators. The host Mansoor made us feel at home. He checked on us regularly, and gave us advise on places to visit in Salalah. overall amazing experience and would come back again.

Samih's place is in a quiet, relaxing area. You can easily have a walk around, dine in at the restaurants nearby after a day trip in and around Salalah. The house is cozy and welcoming, as described. We would definitely come back to his place! Shukran for hosting us!

Bader’s place was amazing for my family and I. The place was very clean, the host left us food and drink when we arrived. Bader was a great host, very responsive with extremely clear instructions and insights. The accommodation is in a very nice neighborhood, the pool and gym in the building very clean. I would definitely recommend staying at Bader’s place.

The place was beautiful and tidy and clean same as shown in the pictures and nearby many locations available and near to the city center the host (ibrahim) was very kind and helpful and guided us very quick response and there was no difficulty I would recommend everyone here to stay thank you so much ibrahim it was really a great experience staying here thank you so much jazakallah Khairan

The view from the flat was absolutely gorgeous. The place is right in front of a huge and beautiful beach, close to Wadi Darbat, easy to access by car. There is nothing better than hearing the sound of the waves when you wake up. I definitely recommend this place.

This was such a perfect stay. It had everything and more. I enjoyed the pool and gym convenience of this place. It's super near cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. It was beautifully clean, spacious and comfortable. Definitely felt like home here and wish I had more time to spend in it! Thank you Abdulla - who was also very responsive!

We’re overlanding and needed a place to do laundry and get a proper shower again ;) we stayed there for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. Very calm, close to the beach and just nice to stay there for a few nights. Thanks again to Raymond 🙏🏼

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and picturesque then I would definitely recommend this location. The apartment facilities (beach and pool) were brilliant. Andrin was proactive and extremely from the moment we booked. The location is slightly remote (about 30 minutes from airport and city centre). The apartment itself is was clean, comfortable and as described. We will definitely be back!
