We R 2.5+- miles 2 City of Canandaigua w/easy access 2 retail, restaurants/music/hospital/theater/hiking, swimming/skiing, etc. C why Canandaigua=Chosen Spot. You have access 2 the second bedroom/bathroom/terrace and lakeside chairs, kitchen etc. All guests R 2 B registered 2 B permitted on property even if they're just stopping in. Dock&water stairs are not in the water but the outdoor seating is waiting to be used by my guests.

Our 19th century farmhouse, 5 miles south of Geneva on Seneca Lake wine trail, is the ideal base from where to explore the gorgeous Finger Lakes region. Our organic farm offers hiking trails - great for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing too - through meadows, creek, woods and gully for the nature lovers with access to our lake across the road for a swim, a canoe, kayak or rowboat adventure. We provide it all:)) ... and, YES, we finally installed a brand new portable AC unit and it works!
