Ein Fuß- und Radweg führt zum ca. 2km entfernten gepflegten "Vela Placa Beach".Jedes Apartment erhält Pro Gast ein kostenloses Leihfahrrad. Das nächstegelegene Restaurant ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ca 100m entfernt befindet sich eine öffentliche Trinkwasserquelle aus dem Baska Gebirge.

Ap.consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom, sleeping gallery and bathroom and is suitable for families, 2-6 people. Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. The 4 * apartment at the sea house "Old Zarok" with its unique architecture of white stone in combination with a white facade is one of the oldest houses ever built in the neighborhood and offers the charm of a private land house at the Croatian coast. The beach is just 3 minutes away by foot. Its modern but unobtrusive interior makes it a house you will remember. From the terrace you have a beautiful view at the bay and the old center of the village.

This charming and traditional apartment is situated in the heart of old village within the car free zone (in a small and quiet street that crosses Zvonimirova main street in Baška) where you can feel real rhythm of life in Baška and its relaxing atmosphere from every nook and corner of the place you are staying in. The hause is more than 200 years old and is protected, among others, as cultural heritage by the Ministry of Culture of Croatia.
