Beachfront holiday rentals in Općina Murter-Kornati

We had a great week at the town of Betina. The house is directly located in the old town, only some minutes to the old port - with restaurants, cafes, bakery in shop. The appartment is directly at the sea - you can look at the ships from your living room sofa. The space between house and sea is very private and not used by anyone else. We always sat there until sunset. If you look for a quiet and private accomodation, only some minutes to the center (or to the car - if you need it), with perfect and newly renovated appartment, funishing and kitchen, that´s it! We had wonderful and relaxing days in the beach house! The house fully corresponds to the photos and it is only a few steps to the sea. The complex is very quiet, for shopping or restaurant visits you can drive to the nearest village. In terms of communication, Sabine was always quick to reach. I'd be happy to come back!

what a fantastic cottage with everything. We could use the sup board, games, electric BBQ, etc. And after a thirty-meter walk, you'll be on the beach. (PRIVATE beach is understandable). Fishing, swimming, snorkeling. What a nice location. Bernd, it was great!

We absolutely loved our time on Zut. What an incredible location - turquoise water just perfect for swimming and snorkeling, olive groves to wander in, and fantastic sunsets every evening. Bartol and his family were friendly, helpful and responsive. Bartol was flexible about check in/transfers to the island (a lovely boat trip) and always responded to my messages quickly and helpfully. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had a well equipped kitchen with everything that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our meals on the shady terrace. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend.

First, I would like to thank marija, ivo and roko for the lovely hospitality. The island is pure nature and I was able to really refresh myself from the stress of everyday life and recharge. The house has everything necessary and more, is very clean and makes the "Island of Quiet" perfect. It was really everything perfect from the lovely hosts to the island. I'll look forward to next time 🤗

If you’re considering staying on this little island, don’t hesitate—just book it! Our experience was absolutely wonderful and far exceeded our expectations. Waking up each morning to the sound of cicadas, walking through the olive trees, and stepping straight into the sea was pure magic—utter tranquility. From check-in to check-out, Visnja and Magdalena were incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything seamless. The little house itself is beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered with very cute interior. We spent our days snorkeling in the clear water and our evenings grilling and dining. The outdoor sofa seating area was perfect for watching sunsets, and the outdoor shower was an absolute dream. Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience.

our journey began by boat from beautiful Murter. it took us around 2 hours, the journey was great - views were breathtaking. we arrived and had 1-2 hours with previous guests to chat and drink coffee while host was cleaning up. the house is located in a bay, surrounded by 3-4 other houses and one restaurant - so do not expect full privacy. still, the place is pretty quiet because people respect the privacy of each other. facilities were quite comfortable, water heats from sun - so on a rainy day it can be true robinsony:) the electricity available literally for gadget charging and waterpump, also depending on sun. fridge is working from gas. so, for me it was a time to remember how lucky am i to have all the comfort at my house and be thankful for that:) the sea and nature around were the main attractions and entertainment for us. we liked to hike on the island and swim to nearestbays. it was a very memorable experience for us and we definitely recommend it to those who are ready to challenge themselves a bit:)

Ivan's beautifully appointed and stylish apartment is only a short walk from Murter yet peaceful and easily accessible by car. It also has a beautiful outdoor space with comfortable furniture and a lovely pool. Ivan is a great host too. He was communicative, friendly, very helpful, and even arranged an unforgettable private boat trip around the islands complete with dolphin sightings! Highly recommended.

Everything about our stay was great. House was brand new and clean. Host was very helpful and even offered us complimentary shuttle services when needed. Perfect location next to a private beach. I recommend this place to everyone.

Everything was perfect! House is looking even better than on the pictures - everything clean and full equiped. You have privet access to all facilities like swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, grill and many many more. View frome the terrace was amazing. Host prepared for us dinner with local fish, fridge has been full of beers and some drinks ,two bottle of wine and host served to us also some local sprits-everything included price. Definitely recommend and for sure we will come back in the future. Thank you!

The view from the house over the bay is fantastic. House and pool all in very good condition and as good as new. In the house is everything you need. Landlady is on site and very nice, helpful and speaks good English. 100 m from the house is a nice entrance to the fantastic sea. We had SUPs with us and paddled into a different bay every day. We will be happy to come again.

We had a wonderful time at this place with four adults and a baby. Even before arrival, we had contact with Diana, who gave us all the necessary information about check-in and also helped us to bring our boat into the water by crane upon arrival. In the accommodation itself you will find everything you need for a nice vacation on an island, it is clean and offers a lot of activities (SUP, pool, table tennis, etc.). Diana was always available and had a solution and an open ear for every situation. Transportation from the island to the mainland (or vice versa) also worked great. The property is quietly located and rewards you with the most beautiful sunrise every morning. All in all just perfect and great to switch off and well suited for a nice family time or time with friends. Thank you for everything, dear Diana! We will be back :-)

Spacious, well-equipped apartment in a quiet location. The beds are very pleasant, the terrace is nice to linger and in the apartment everything is there to have a nice time. Highly recommended!

What a place! Incredible location. Peaceful and relaxing. Pool is great and the beach across the road is lovely. Easily fit our family of five and the big win is the outdoor kitchen which made everything feel so much more spacious. If anything this place is better than the photos describe and the hosts are wonderfully friendly and responsive. We will hopefully be back again.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is very nice and modern, and the absolute highlight was the great pool area – a real oasis of peace. The location is unbeatable: you can reach both the charming city center of Murter and the sea in a few minutes on foot. We particularly appreciated the continuous privacy. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this accommodation!

We really loved our stay. We were there in September, so it was quite calm in general but should be great getaway from the crowded beaches during high season. Vesna was a great host.

You can’t beat the view from the balcony. Perfect place. Everything is close by. Hosts are really nice. Vegetarian people need to do some search in the area for food. Basic stuff still available everywhere.

We had a great time at Lukas' house, felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time right by the sea very much. Everything was as shown in the pictures, very clean and stylishly arranged. Every day we had great sunsets, which you could never get enough of, and overall a lot of peace and quiet😌. Ideal for canoeing - some islands are easily accessible, you are partly alone there. There seem to be a few restaurants in the area, but we cooked a lot and only ate in Murter once (about 30 minutes by car). A supermarket is about 10 minutes away, as well as a gas station. The approach to the property is a gravel road, sometimes a bit narrow, but with a normal car no problem. To Zadar ~40min, Split ~1.5hrs and Dubrovnik ~3.5hrs (all recommended, even if the latter is a bit far). Luka was very nice and straightforward, check-in and check-out worked out smoothly! We can and will definitely recommend this place😉!

Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet the host, but we did meet her parents, who were very nice. Matilda arranged for us to pick up our luggage directly from the port in Vrgada with a small tractor. Communication with her was perfect. The place is intended for people who seek peace. We were lucky to have wonderful neighbors, I would like to say hello to them, it was very nice with you. If you have the opportunity to take a paddleboard with you, don't hesitate, because right in front of the house there are tiny steps into the sea, where you can board and paddle wherever you like. Thank you very much for the beautiful attitude that made our vacation so great 🌸

I have to say this is paradise. Sime was extremely nice. He built a a real home with amazing care and great taste. We felt grateful to be there every minute. Our stay was perfect, peaceful, we loved the house and the nature. Sime’s house is way more than a holiday home. We will return for sure.

A wonderful spot! We have very much enjoyed the quiet place, staying mostly in the lovely garden, going swimming, snorkeling, exploring the islands around us on the SUP. The sea is directly in front of the garden, there's not even a path in front, just stones and maybe 5-10 people passing by per day. Even though there are a bunch of other similar houses next to it, you'll have your privacy, and your own little pier. On the sea it can get quite busy though - in the mornings after 9:30 and in the evenings after 5pm there are a lot of boats passing by, also some larger and loud motor boats. If you swim over to the island, better go early or in the evenings - after 7pm it gets super quiet and we have experienced wonderful sunsets. Pašman is a much more visited island than Dugi Otok and we found the east side not really worth to visit, but on this spot and on the whole west side of the island, you'll find tranquility. There's everything in the kitchen and Marijana & Nela were very kind!

The house is exactly the same as it appears on the pictures. The host is friendly, communicative, hospitable and helpful. The house comes with rather well stocked kitchen, workshop, linen and towels. We also received complimentary soaps from local producer. The ticket for Kornati islands reserve is included in the package. We recommend renting a boat as the area is worth exploring.

A clean and cozy apartment with a nice view of the sea and just a few steps from the main square. Would come again!
