Highway To Hell

It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

Jump in the sea in front of the house or relax on our sun terrace on the beach. It is located 1,5 km of pleasant walk along the coast to Primosten center. It has 40 m2 with one bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen, dining area and a beautiful terrace.

Welcome to Roza in the beautiful town of Primosten (Sibenik). Primosten is an ideal place to make new memories with your loved ones. The home can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. The beach is 800 meters from you. The home is equipped with all the appliances and supplies needed for a relaxing vacation: air conditioning, TV, internet, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, toaster, kettle. Every room has air conditioning and electric shutters. Parking is also available.

TV in each bedroom Fully equipped kitchen Air conditioning Bathroom with walk-in shower Swimming pool Wifi and free parking Bouy in the sea owned by the Pearl House in front of the Suite. Mooring can support the vessel up to 7m.For entering and exiting you can shortly dock by the pier in front of the Suite.

The apartment is completely redone Everything is new. New floors, doors, windows, beds, kitchen, wc ... My place is 20m away from the city center, park and the beach (1 minute walk ). You’ll love my place because of comfy new beds, new kitchen and big balcony with place for sitting and beautiful view. All you need is in the neighbourhood of the apartment, the grocery store is just across the street. Be our first guests. :)

Welcome to Pearl House – Suite Elena Just steps from the sparkling sea, this beachfront apartment lets you fully embrace coastal living. Whether you want to relax by the pool, swim in the crystal-clear sea, or enjoy a drink with the salty breeze, this is the perfect spot. You can’t stay any closer to the sea unless you’re sleeping on a boat.

The purple apartment could accommodate 2 persons. It is situated on the mezzanine and it includes 1 bedroom with double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and an outdoor terrace in the yard with a sea view. In the yard under the gazebo there are a grill and a table with benches. One parking place is provided in the yard.

With only a 10 minute drive by car you can take a relaxing swim in the Adriatiac sea and visit Primosten center. Overall we kept the authencity of the house but with a modern twist.

Only 12m2 large studio inside a miniature house in our backyard. Studio is equipped with air conditioner, WiFi & Apple TV. Infront of the studio you have a private pavilion where you can enjoy your morning coffee or maybe an evening glass of wine. ;)
