Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

If you come to Brac, you must stay here. Visnja and her daughter make this place feel like home in every way. Like any great AirBnb, it’s clean, comfortable, spacious, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. But Visnja and her family go above and beyond, giving you loads of advice about how to get around Brac and what to see in Croatia in general, making you sweets (the best palacinke we’ve had in Croatia!), bringing you fresh cherry juice. A truly unbeatable experience. And selca is a lovely sleepy town close to gorgeous, uncrowded beaches. We actually liked the beach in Sumartin (recommended by our hosts) better than the famous “golden horn” beach in Bol (which was over crowded). Overall, this stay was amazing and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Villa Bella - New Private Pool!

We loved our stay at Villa Bella. We were a family of 6 and there was plenty of room for us all; we really felt at home. It was beautifully decorated with everything you may need for your stay; lots of extra touches too which we really appreciated. The pool is stunning; well maintained and was enjoyed very much by the whole family, with lots of spare towels and places to sit outside in the shade or the sunshine. The villa is a short walk to the village centre with some lovely places to eat. We also found some great beaches within walking distance. Ines was a fantastic host who took great care to make sure we had everything we needed and was always on hand to answer any questions. We really loved Villa Bella! Thank you 💙

This place is amazing…..it is just like the pictures and better. The house is lovely and has everything you need. Ivan left us a lovely welcome pack and plenty of the essentials like toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, oil, salt, pepper etc. The jewel in the crown for this property is the pool and the view - absolutely amazing. The village is a short (if steep) walk away - about 15 minutes where there are a few restaurants and bars and a bit further on a lovely bathing area.

We as a family with three children enjoyed staying at Sladana's place very much. The two kitchens are very well equipped and nothing was missing in the other rooms. Particularly beautiful is the large terrace upstairs. Up there, a large awning that provides shade would still be helpful and maybe a small table to be able to leave drinks. Everything else was great. The location is nice and quiet and not as crowded with tourists as other places in Croatia. Beautiful beaches close by.

We had a wonderful time staying at Iva's house in Sumartin. It is a beautiful property with a stunning view. The infinity pool outside is only a few metres away from rocks that you can swim from into clear seas. The location is quiet and a ten minute walk from the tiny village of Sumartin. There is a small supermarket there and a handful of restaurants that book up quickly in August so good to reserve. If you are looking for a place to relax and have a very chilled week this absolutely fits the bill.
