Holiday rentals with a pool in Općina Tar-vabriga

Our stay was great. We were a total of 7 adults and 2 children in Nina's cottage. That was a great fit, the room layout is really perfect. The cottage is in a beautiful quiet place called Rosini. Directly across the street is a public parking space, which is why you can easily arrive with more than two cars. A playground and football/basketball court is also less than 100m away and a great activity for the kids. The cottage is clean and nicely decorated. On site there are almost everything in terms of amenities (washing machine, stove, vacuum cleaner, etc.) The pool was our absolute highlight. The hosts are super sweet and ensure a great stay. In the case of the smallest problem, the contact is made directly and someone on site. We got great recommendations for restaurants, cities, beaches, etc in advance. We were absolutely thrilled! This place is highly recommended. We will definitely be back!!

I recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb and had an excellent experience. The place was very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. There were two nice rooms, each cozy and perfect for a restful night's sleep. The highlight of the stay was the amazing pool, which offered a refreshing escape with the added bonus of quiet neighbors, making it an incredibly relaxing spot. Convenience was another key feature, with several supermarkets located really close by, making grocery shopping a breeze. The host was truly amazing, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Their hospitality and attentiveness made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

This villa is amazing! It is completely new, very clean and super nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped, nothing is missing. In general the house is very large and spacious, there are 4 rooms each with a double bed and air conditioning. Large sofa bed in the Living/dining room, 3 bathrooms and toilets. On the roof is a huge roof terrace. Everything very clean. The outdoor area with pool is large enough to spend the day or evening there. Communication with the host is very easy and friendly, he goes the extra mile and is flexible. We were very satisfied with everything and can only recommend the house! Suitable for families as well as groups of friends.

We had a very nice, quiet vacation with an extremely well-equipped apartment, very nice terrace and pool for our family with pets. It was exactly what we were looking for for a quiet, relaxing vacation "away from the hustle and bustle." We'd love to come back again and again as a vacation in Istria.

The host, owner lives in the apartment next to the villa so good easy contact at arrival but our privacy was perfect and he is super kind.

We were there for 10 days and liked the apartment very much. It was quiet clean. By car you can get to the beach very quickly or in the cities such as Pore￥ Rovinj or Vrsar. We would go there again, everything was very nice. Vesna the owner was very nice and very helpful we thank you for everything. Goodbye.

Very nice and quiet apartment. Cedomil is extremly friendly and helps with everything you need. Novigrad is also a very nice town to stay in for a few days. Highly recommended!

Very nice large apartment on the 1st floor, as described in the advertisement. Each bedroom and the large living/dining area is air-conditioned. Fully equipped kitchen. We were able to get into the apartment earlier than normal and found everything clean. The landlord lives on the ground floor and is always available to help and advise. By bike, you can reach the beach or town in 10 minutes and the bakery in 5 minutes.

Everything was super straightforward. Quiet location and the pool was great for the kids. Very nice hosts who respond very quickly to requests. We will be happy to come back!

Clean, simple furnished rooms (I like simplicity) in a peaceful and calm housing estate in the near of Karpinjan beach where warmly recommended Lungomare restaurant is located - 10 minutes to go. The way to the old harbor is also not that far - it takes 15 minutes. The host Cedomil reacts quickly and is a very, very nice guy. Alle the best to You, Cedo!

We have really enjoyed staying in Croatia in this place. The owner is a very kind person with perfect English and he has happily fulfilled all our wishes and requests. The swimming pool and bikes were great bonus.

We fell in love with this place. Our hosts were super helpful and kind. The house was spacious, well-prepared, clean and cozy. There's something new made around the house every year, which makes the place even more attractive than before. There's a brand-new toilet and grill at the pool area. If we decide to come back to Istria region of Croatia, we definitely will make our stay here.

This is a perfect holiday resort for families located secluded and undisturbed in a small cozy village. In addition to the main floor, there is also a separate apartment in the basement which makes this perfect for 2 families to share. The house was tidy, clean and nicely furnished. It had all the appliances and equipment you will need. In the nice weather, we still spent almost all of our time outside in the fantastic outdoor room, which had an outdoor kitchen with a large dining area and a gas bbq plate. Both hot tub and swimming pool were clean and were professionally maintained. Marina was the world's nicest host and contributed to a wonderful stay.

Great house with great amenities. The property is perfect for staying with friends or family. All 4 bedrooms are en-suite. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is also a barbecue. The villa leaves nothing to be desired: the pool and hot tub are great and very clean. From the hot tub you can even see the sea. The house invites you to linger and is super suitable for a longer stay. The place is very clean and communication with the host worked flawlessly.

The holiday was a dream to be in. The amenities were great, everything you need was available. The communication was perfect, the ambience was optimal. Rating a 12/10. Definitely again Best regards!
