It’s located next to the castle and only 300 m from the beach, playground, bars, restaurants and magnificent views of the Vrsar's archipelago. Free parking 200 m away. On the ground floor there are kitchen, dining space and bathroom with toilet. Living room with spacious sofa and TV is on the first floor. Bedrooms are on the third floor. The house is fully renovated.

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.
