Adjacent to a villa, 45 m2 apartment, in Waterloo, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, public transport (bus 600 m away, train station 3 km away). Fully equipped and renovated in 2020, it consists of a main room at the front with living room (TV, Wi-Fi), integrated kitchen (microwave/combi-oven, induction cooktop, range hood, fridge, dishwasher), dining table, storage cupboards; and at the back, a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, shower room, sink and toilet. The cozy Oak Cottage

This pretty new cottage is cozy, unique and quiet with oak wood decorations and located on the edge of the forest in Rue du Chêne in one of the most beautiful villages of Wallonia "Lasne" The cottage is super well equipped, and has a small garden. There are a multitude of activities to do: Walking, mountain biking, golf, horseback riding, tennis, paddle tennis, wellness center, swimming at Rennipont Beach with natural freshwater pool, mini yacht club, toboggan, pétanque, beach, volleyball, boat ride.

The Secret Garden

Our accommodation includes a chalet for 4 people (1 king-size bed & 2 single beds), a family tipi for up to 6 people, a poolhouse, a big garden, a heated private swimming pool, and a relaxing jacuzzi. Our chalet is ideally located close to Waterloo station, the Lion’s Mound, shopping streets, bars, and restaurants. In winter, the pool house is enclosed with screens and heated, as is the family tipi. It’s the perfect place for couples, families and groups of friends, both in summer and winter!

This beautifully decorated house allows you and your friends/family to relax in the middle of the Belgian countryside, 30 min away from Brussels. Our 5 rooms (4 rooms for 2 and 1 room for 6), combined with 2 large relaxing areas, offer you the perfect space you need for wonderful evenings heated by the fireplace's flames. Towels, bedsheets and other essentials are provided. You will need to take care of your soap/shampoo and cooking spices/oil. Our prices are all-in (all taxes included).

You will appreciate this recent, quiet accommodation, located in a green path, its comfort, brightness, superb fully equipped kitchen, private parking right next to the entrance with electric vehicle charger. Perfect for a couple (baby bed) or solo traveler. The neighborhood is residential but 500 m from shops, restaurants, bus station, 1 km from Waterloo Golf, 20 min from Brussels and Louvain-la-Neuve. 8% of the rent corresponds to the rental of the furniture.

Quiet cottage with access to the garden

Saint Germain A 40 m2 gîte, quiet and elegant, ideally located near the center of Waterloo, the train station, and major motorways, 5 minutes from the fields. Simple, well equipped, comfortable, with a pretty terrace which opens onto a wild but welcoming garden. We designed it with care and kindness. And above all with the conviction that welcoming well is above all creating the conditions for happiness so that everyone can build their own. What else?

Independent accommodation.

My independent accommodation is ideally located. Green, quiet and close to the train station (20 min to the center of Brussels, 20 min to Charleroi). A stone's throw from the Lion of Waterloo. Some stores including 2 Delhaize are a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Parking is easy and free. The region has charming towns such as Nivelles (5 min), Waterloo (8 min), Ittre (10 min). The small garden for smokers is a plus!
